This was the worst service I ever received at a restaurant/ diner. I came in and was greeted 10 minutes after. Seated for 20 minutes with no body taking my order and even when my order was taken I had to wait another 30 minutes without any one telling me what was going on with the food. The cooks were trying there best and they're not at fault it was the waitresses that left me with no answer to why I still hadn't eaten after 1 hr in the restaurant.

Worst service ever. Gave my family and I a water glass with dried food on it and then ordered a appetizer sampler and every thing was fried to a burnt crisp and waited more than 30 minutes for a new water and still never brought a new glass of water out and I had seen our food that we ordered sitting on 3 different trays for at least a good 15 minutes and once I complained one waitress told another waitress "I told you" went to pay for just the appetizer and then told me me not to worry about it. Worst service I've ever had and can't believe how this is how our world has become and doesn't look like it will be improving in the future but yet everyone complains how they should be paid more but can even do simple things. Don't get me wrong I pay tips every well but this was ridiculous.

My experience was horrible. We sat at table set for 2. Their was 3 of us and never brought 3rd set of silverware. Ordered shakes. They didn't have ice cream and didn't offer anything else to drink. They went to get ice cream next door. Here we sit done eating when our water showed up with shake. Got chicken tenders and offered no sauce. My toast came out after eat was complete. I understand being short handed but shrink the work space to smaller area so not so much running around and forgetting your people. Wish I wouldn't have even came here.

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. However, while two girls behind the counter were sitting there laughing and talking and looking at a box of chocolates, our waitress was running ragged. They were so busy laughing and talking that I finally got up and went up and asked if we could have some water and some napkins. At the same time there were four people standing in line waiting to be seated in these girls did absolutely nothing. Maybe time for some new waitresses that pay attention???

The WORST experience ever! First off I don't know how many waitresses we had, they were most definitely not short staffed. Ordered a steak and asked for well done, we could see everything going on in the kitchen and didn't like that there was a female helping out in the kitchen no hair net with her long ponytail flying everywhere! Gross!!! Got our steaks and it was so bloody, my boyfriends steak was even worse but he just dealt with it..I asked nicely for it to get cooked longer, the waitress sat it up by all the other orders and just sat there for 45 mins. My boyfriend finished his meal, we waited for a bit longer and asked for the check. I got No meal and a check of $22.00. Plus we had to call the waitresses over every time, they were to busy talking about their tips. They could plainly see how upset I was getting and did nothing to let me know what was going on with my meal!! We are locals and use to come here all the time but we will NEVER come back again!!! They don't even deserve 1 star

This location is not good. Waitress was not attentive at all. Took forever to come back each time. And there was only 2 other tables seated at the time. So not busy at all. We ordered salads with add on meats. They weren't made with what they were supposed to have. His steak was completely done. Nothing medium about it.

I understand this place like others is short-handed, but the quality of the dinner delivered was very low. I have attached a picture of the turkey and stuffing seasonal dinner that I ordered. Turkey was burnt and dry and stuffing and corn was mushy and very off color. Even with short help...no one should have looked at this and sent it out. I ate it because I didn't want to wait another 1/2 hour for a new one and I had not had anything to eat all day. Mashed Potatoes were very good.
