The food was what you'd expect from a Subway chain. Some of the employees were great, others were short and not very responsive. So a pretty average experience at a Subway franchise.
The food and staff were very good but every table in there was dirty and the floors needed some serious cleaning and we were the only ones in there. Maybe instead of the workers standing in the back someone should have been out front cleaning.
Friendly service. You are there, watching them make your order as you direct them...they don't mess hoop 3/4 orders like many area places.
I would rate this store more stars if they were not so stingy on the ingredients. Pictures show subs are overflowing, over stuffed with deliciousness. This mauston store barely puts anything on their subs and refuse to without charging you more.
Food was great made my sub the way I wanted it.
Very courteous staff, all women, taking utmost care in preparing the bites to satiate the pallet of the customer, gently maintaining the hygiene, utmost necessity for traveller. Keep up the Good Work Subway.
We ordered online for pick up, they said they didn't receive our order. We verified the address with them and provided the online confirmation number and they said they wouldn't be able to complete the order until it showed up on their screen. Not sure of company policy but it seemed odd to us. But
