Great customer service. The ladies that run the food out are so sweet. Good food. I commend all the workers, I know it can be overwhelming but they really do a great job here!
I am a private pay caregiver & stopped by Mon. 5/2 at 2:49 pm with my 96 yr.old client . We ordered 2 pretzels,1 sm. blue raspberry slush, & 1 med. strawberry limeade,.The service was speedy and carhop was polite. However, our pretzels were doughy. Definitely not cooked all the way through. I called the Main Street McAlester Sonic & stated my concern. First of all he said how did you get pretzels? They told me we were out. I said, "We ordered & received 2 pretzels with our drinks." I have the receipt. He kept saying it couldn't be because they told him they were out of Pretzels. Then I said, " Is your manager there? They said that they were management. Surely if he was the manager he would be aware of what inventory of food they did or did not have. 2ndly the customer is always right! Rule #1 of customer service & public relations. They supposedly wrote my name & ph.# down? I would get 2 free pretzels. After the call ended I thought I should have just asked for a refund. Not sure if the next order of soft pretzels would be cooked thoroughly? Have not cashed on on free pretzels yet. I just wanted to make sure my 96 yr. old client complaints were heard & taken seriously. She had raised 7 children while she worked as an R.N., & took care of her sick husband.
Convenient with great food/variety yet almost all of their great offers (half price burgers on Tues evenings) can ONLY be accessed now from going thru their app. I dislike this because not everyone has a smart phone nor able to download app/or through it :/
