Food and service was good.
My ribs were a little too saucy and my wife's chicken fried steak needed more gravy. The Elote had a subtle sauce and the mashed potatoes with cheese could have been a little creamier. These are all minor critiques. The meal was good.
Entrees do not come with a salad.
This is more than a place to have a nice dinner 💓 I didn't expect for someone to come around with roses, take pictures, and play the guitar. It's a beautiful place for a date night. The food was excellent. I had the short ribs and my husband had the ribeye, both were flavorful and tender. I would definitely have more date nights here.
Been coming here since I was little. Food is nearly perfect. Get the fried mushrooms. I can guarantee you, you won’t be disappointed. Also, get the almond taco as a dessert. Enjoy!

At Republic, you can select 3 different types of dining experiences. For a more family-friendly/business meeting, you can dine inside. Cocktail tables are available next to the bar area for anyone interested in enjoying drinks and appetizers. For a fun date night or a party with friends, you should dine outside in the patio on a Saturday night! The live music is great for dancing and singing-along!
I tried the Salmon Avocado. It is grilled salmon on a bed of cilantro rice, topped with a creamy sauce of avocado, cilantro, tomato, onion and parmesan cheese, served with vegetables. It is so delicious!
You can never go wrong with a cocktail at Republic! The Peach Blossom is a classic! Peaches and blueberries infuse the wine perfectly! The Serrano Margarita is refreshing with a slight kick of the chile. So good!
I forgot to take a picture of the Olive Cocktail. It is off-menu, but you can request it! It is green olives in clamato, salsa Maggy and tequila with Tajin on the rim. It is perfect to eat/drink while enjoying your drink and listening to the music.
I’m from Michigan and came here for business for the week. I got referred to this place by a local, and I was not disappointed one bit! What an immaculate bite! Very pleased! Great customer service. Highly recommend the Republic Mojito, and The Surf And Turf! I would like to thank everyone at restaurant! I will be recommending this place to everyone!

What a great place! Best of all the service was outstanding! My first experience here and my server Javier was welcoming, friendly, and gave suggestions that did not disappoint. Lemonade was freshly squeezed, veggies were delicious and the avocado chicken, so creamy. I will definitely be back next time I am in town.
Been here only twice but my wife and I really loved it. The food is great and the drinks are off the hook. Strongly recommend my personal favorite drinks, the Republic Tepache and Chamoy Margarita. The staff was very good too.
