So disappointed... They've changed the bun on the "Breakfast on a Bun" (BOB) and the sausage has more sage than before. It's no longer the Texas Tradition for breakfast anymore... So sad... After so many years

First of all, I love Whataburger. We are all human and make mistakes. I went through the drive thru at lunch and ordered a #2 double with cheese. Expecting it to be correct, I drove 20 mins to work. Opened the bag and had a single patty, no cheese. Contacted the restaurant just to let them know and

Burger was cold, fries that I had to go back for where old like they were sitting there too. Wasn’t even busy no rush no reason why order can’t be out together correctly. Salad no apples, just over all this whataburger is always a disappointment.

Drive through is the worst, very slow, 20-30 min wait, idk what kept them backed up for so long vehicle in the front hadn’t even received the food!!! to follow that up they couldn’t remember the order, it needs to be organized better.

Drive thru service is horrible. I arrived at the Whataburger in S.10th St in Mcallen TX at 8:20 pm. I received my food which was a Jr. Burger and WB/ch at 8:46. It doesnt take 25 minutes to make. Sure there was a little traffic but not to that extent that it should take that long.

Have always been a fan of Whataburger but this Location on 10th always messes up the orders and they take forever on your order regardless of if your number 1 in line or number 3 be prepared to wait anywhere between 20 to 45min here today I bought a triple meat triple cheese with no onions add bacon
