Forgot our chips on our combo so we said something not sure if that upset them gave us chips but all crushed( see photo) Avocado chicken quesadilla was more than half chicken -less. (See photo) 1ST time here last time ever.

We walked in. The staff did not appear to be very motivated. When we received our order it looked sloppy and messy.
The deals are great and the food is healthy, since the chicken is grilled and very trim.
I do have to check my orders sometimes as they forget to add extra salsa.

I love a polo loco the flavor is amazing and I love the rice it just have the right flavors. the only thing that is a little lacking is the tortillas but it's okay I still eat them. I will definitely go again.
Price increase again, they have raised the price twice in the last year. Hope they are paying the employees more. And they did not have green salsa, very disappointed.
2nd time experiencing this restaurant. Tried the shrimp tacos and they were fabulous! Will definitely go back again.
