The short wait was well worth it! The food was delicious. I didn't want to stop eating. The pita was hot and fresh. The hummus was so good I wanted to lick the bowl clean! The grilled veggies were perfect. The chicken shawarma my husband said was very good. Flavorful and lean. The rice, I had to have more! I will be returning as often as possible for the falafel plate and a cucumber mint lemonade.

I stopped in while waiting for a prescription to fill. Great place for lunch! I ordered the lentil soup, very good flavor 😊 and ordered shawarma chicken sandwich, lots of meat, and the pita hummus very fresh. Excellent service, very clean restaurant. 🙌 🙌

Everything was absolutely perfect. Expect to wait a bit for the food, but, as others have said, it’s worth the wait. The food is fresh and flavorful. Service is attentive but not overbearing. I ordered the Palmyra Chicken which is boneless chicken thighs served with rice, grilled veggies, and a side of choice — tabouleh this time. The chicken was tender, juicy and packed with spices counterbalanced by the yogurt-like sauce accompanying it. The tabouleh is light, fresh and zesty. I don’t normally like the ingredients on their own, but combined they are transformed. I also got the tea which is served hot. It’s a great way to start the meal.

Where'd You Get That?

Food was great. They took a while bringing it out, but it's because they prepare it from scratch. Comfortable dining. It is a bit more pricey than I expected, but if you are looking to try something new and different than your normal dining experience, it's worth checking it out.

I have been to many many restaurants in the valley from expensive to even more expensive. Without a doubt this is the restaurant with the best food on the menu for now. I have been to all of chefs delgados restaurant it does not match this quality at all. The chef from fares you can tell is very hands on. He is not like most chefs down here that open a restaurant and visit every once in a while. This head chef even takes your order i mean humble as one can be. The food, out of this world fresh. The rice with the saffron is amazing. When that saffron aroma hits your ole factor nerves you know you are in a restaurant of quality. Their hummus is genuine you cannot cannot get this in your local supermarket. This takes time to master and their chefs have perfected it. The homemade yogurt delicious touch ti add to the food. Their desserts my goodness i just can go on and on. Do yourself a favor go with you family order some plates for two and enjoy because this is a beautiful restaurant and it deserves recognition. I didn’t take a picture of the entree but did of the sides. In total it was 50 for my girlfriend and i with two flans as dessert. Very very reasonable considering the portion sizes and the quality of their food. Amazing place would definitely be a go to for me

5-⭐ for excellent food and friendly staff! I ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich (comes with fries and a salad), a side of berek bi jibneh, and a cucumber lemonade. The food was fantastic and the meal was complete! By that I mean that some places give you a few pieces of lettuce and call that a salad or mix some powder with water and call that lemonade, but Fares actually provides proper salads and lemonades! In addition, Fares puts in the extra effort to combine the superior flavors with attractive presentation, which makes for a delightful experience! And of course, I could NOT resist taking home a couple of pieces of the baklava!
