I love the food it is always fresh. I like the menu selection. I normally always get the steak burrito.

Great food and wonderful customer service 😍 This is the only fast food chain we eat at because of the non GMO. Sometimes we travel for a few hours just to eat out . Laredo is our main place but yesterday's experience was outstanding like Laredo ❤️ My 6 and 7 year old leaned pig Latin from your bags 😂😂

I got the best customer service in a long time by Desirae at the McAllen Chipotle restaurant. Actually she has the most outstanding customer service skills it moves up to a great hospitality quality! She was quick, friendly and "yes" to everything. I will be going back to this store, not just because of the awesome food but because they hire staff that connects with people. Desirae you have a beautiful future a head of you with those skills and qualities. :0)

The mobile orders were offline, so the orders got really backed up. The employees were able to whip up everyone’s orders with just a glance at each customer’s online receipt and got us our food in no time, all while being calm and collected the whole time.
