Very unprofessional. The guy at the front desk is taking my order then all of a sudden cuts me off to talk to a friend for a min as I was standing there. I thought it was rude but said nothing and allowed him to finish taking the rest of my order. Then they tell me they have no bags and had to carry it out in my hands...all 6 boxes and sauce lol. They weren't even apologetic. I had to go across the street to Kroger just to get bags to carry the order. Less than a star for me

2:41 pm……. Well, their sign says “Fast Family Restaurant”; depends on what you call Fast…… went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 pieces of fish with French fries and hush puppies and a drink. Was told to go park in “pickup” at front. At 3:01 (20 minutes later), had to go inside and ask about my order. No one would help me, no one working the counter just some one cleaning a table. Had to keep asking for help. Finally someone gave me part of my order and I had to keep asking for the rest of it. Finally out of that joint by 3:08. You decided if it is worth the hassle.

This was the worst seafood that I have had. Ordered the two fish, chicken, and shrimp. Only $3 extra dollars to get a drink, that is a joke. Had to get another piece of fish, it was dried out. Some hush puppies couldn’t be eaten due to over cooking. Go anywhere else for seafood

This location is getting 4 stars, and all four of them are due to the fantastic attitude and customer service provided during, what must have been, a very trying time for the employees. When I visited, the location was being run by, what I could gather, two people. A sign on the front door indicated that only drive through was available due to understaffed. I was in line for a total of about 1hour. Why would anyone spend that long in a fast food drive through? Because I love my wife and the baby she carries calls the shots. Despite many angry customers ahead and behind me, the employees were polite and provided, what I believe, was stellar service in spite of the circumstances. My pregnant wife will be getting her fish and chicken, and for that I salute the LJS staff at this location. THANK YOU, Leslie Whatever! Whatever they're getting paid, it's not enough.

So, Long John Silvers food is what it is...I enjoy it every now and then. Today was a bit disappointing. Only the drive through was open and I waited in line for 10 minutes with zero movement. I finally had to leave as I did not have 30 minutes to wait for my favorite... crunchy chicken planks and hush puppies. I know people are short staffed right now...but I was not the only one who left that line. In my opinion, it would be better to offer more money to employees, raise your prices a bit abs serve people then for droves of people to leave disgruntled and hungry to go somewhere else to satisfy their hunger. I am not sure of the total revenue lost on Sunday afternoon but I am going to guess it was significantly more than a raise would have been for an employee.

This is the second time going to this location this month. First time, the drive thru lady was rude almost throwing my drink and food at me, maybe she had a bad day. This second time I ordered a number 1, the drive thru operator did not repeat my order she said "I will give your total at the window". I get to the window, and it's the same lady being her usual self rude. While at the window she berated another employee helping her with drinks. I get back to work to eat lunch and the food was chicken, I checked the receipt and it was rung up as a number 2. I wanted fish not chicken. If I wanted chicken, then I would have gone somewhere else for chicken. I will not be going back for a third time.

I don't like that they've since renumbered their menu, had to figure out what number the 'usual' is now... after receiving my order, I showed them how I was missing two items. Apparently they now combine 'like' items into one container, such as clams. A couple years ago they were served in little bags, lady said they've always been in boxes (no, they have not!). Same lady also argued and argued and argued that I "got coleslaw" so I don't get extra fries... yeah, the coleslaw was a side for the other identical item, but she could only argue that I got 1 side... I was supposed to have a side for EACH meal. Anyway, a gentleman got me my missing item and she just kept yelling at him that I had coleslaw... wow. Also, I really wish you'd bring back onion rings. They were awesome, but years ago I was told they were too hard to make so you stopped offering them....

Food was absolutely terrible, very cold and hard fish was also greasy. Worst experience I’ve ever had at long john silvers. Looking for a full refund. Very disappointed. Also received very little fries and they were also cold
