Food and price? 5 Stars. Oysters for $1 tasted fishy and there was no cocktail sauce available, or me saying it in broken Spanish wasn't understood. It is an authentic Mexican hole in the wall with loud laughter, music, and cozy seating style.
The kitchen is quite slow and the service is seriously lacking, but the food is quite good. The interior is bright and colorful and it seems popular with the locals. The salsa is fantastic, so the chips and salsa are solid. I had a Mexican Coke, which I highly recommend anytime.
Never had a chance to try the food. They charge customers for the chips and salsa. I don't know any mexican restaurants that charge, it always comes with the meal...so it turned me off. Won't be going back.
