My wife and I were in the area and looking for a tasty spot. We definitely found it.
The exterior of the restaurant doesn't look special. There is plenty of free parking directly outside the restaurant.
The interior has a modern mix of modern photo art and traditional asian themes.
The restaurant has a bar in the center with table seating surrounding it. All very clean and crisp.
The menu has multiple photos of menu items and is easy to read. When the food came out it looked like the menu photos which rarely happens as we all know.
Each dish had excellent flavor and good spice that you can ask to be raised or lowered when you order.
We started out with the Tofu Tod. It was crispy and the sauce was delicious. We also had the thai iced coffee that had the perfect amount of sweetness and was very smooth.
I had the Panang curry with chicken (white meat comes standard) and my wife had the Crispy Beef Basil. They were so good we joined the clean plate club.
We then pressed our stomach 's with the mango sticky rice. It was epic.
Total cost was $61.48. A bit much for a quick lunch but we will definitely be back. If for nothing else, the Thai iced coffee and mango sticky rice.
Before heading downtown we decided to stop by and have dinner. We ordered the firecracker shrimp which was very tasty. The medium sized shrimp were crispy with a Sweet thai chili coating. Not overpowering spicy, just a light flavor.
Next up was entree time. I ordered the shrimp pad thai which had a good flavor, but seemed dry. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and larger than our appetizer. Overall, good. Not blowing my tastebuds off though.
My wife and I took our best friend out for dinner. We both eat Halal Food so we ordered Seafood Items. The Basil Thai Rockfish was perfectly cooked. It was sweet and spicy with fresh Basil. Also the Seafood Drunken Noodles was a joy. Service was nice and simple. Place was clean and quiet. We had a great time. Will visit again for sure.
Food was absolutely amazing Virginia's lucky to have them ... If anything for me the portions were maybe a little small. To bad it's over 3000 miles for me to visit again

Food was very tasty and the place was clean with polite service, I'd eat here again anytime. Some dishes are a touch pricey (but it is McLean after all) and not everyone in our party enjoyed the cocktails they ordered. For my part I stuck to the lemonade and thought it was well-flavored.
You must get the duck roll. So good. $12
The food was excellent succulent and delicious. I love this place I will come back to it every time I come to Washington DC.
Good food. Great variety. Excellent service.
My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Pasa Thai.
We got the Tofu Tod which was crispy tofu but soft on the inside with a sweet peanut sauce for the appetizer. It was a really good, and it wasn’t too overwhelming. I also had the Thai iced coffee, would recommend that highly.
For our entrees we got Penang Curry with Chicken and Crispy Basil Chicken. The portion sizes were good, even though we read reviews about them being small, we didn’t found them pretty satisfying.
One of the best Thai food I’ve had, would definitely recommend.
(Next on the list is to try Esaan, which is right next to them.)
The place is a little hidden but the food is impressive. A little on the pricey side but it’s worth it. I ordered Thai iced tea pad see ew chicken, sizzling beef and veggie fried dumpling. All were delicious. The inside is small but cute. Definitely one of those places that I’d be a regular at.
Great food, all servings were excellent, Yellow Curry Chicken, Crispy Beef, Pad Thai, Bang Bang Shrimp, Duo Dumplings...everything tasty and authentic. Everything seeming prepared per order, so service can seem a little slow. Overall, can't go wrong.
