My brother and I take my mother there for lunch. She has Alzheimer’s and dementia and the staff is very kind and patient with her. Jessica comes over and chats with my mom and my mom just loves it. Everyone is very friendly and the food is really good.
I love mylos, good service, excellent place and good food, I think it is my third time and I have enjoyed different dishes and all of them delicious

Really good food, felt like home cooked meals. I had the chicken soulvaki, which is a must have. The rack of ribs is also worth ordering. We had a large group, mostly consisting of kids. We were very well accommodated. Will definitely go again, without kids, because they have a bar too!!

Our go-to Greek restaurant, Mylos Grill always satisfies, whether for lunch or dinner. Friday night prime rib is one of the best meals, with perfectly done vegetables (one of the few places that does veggies just right) and a baked potato with cream cheese and butter! The prime rib was fabulous, and the service remarkable. We LOVE Mylos Grill.
We loved both the chicken souvlaki sandwich and the steak souvlaki sandwiches. Both come on a pita base with toppings and protein. We found them challenging to eat as a "sandwich", but they were delicious! Highly recommend their apple crisp dessert as well.
Food is delicious and the service is always friendly and efficient!
Avgolemono was super yummy! I've tried the dish at 4 other places in the DMV area but this one was definitely the best. It comes in a small bowl so next time I think I will order 2.
The interior of the restaurant seemed really nice but it was a nice day out so I ate outside.

My wife and I were looking for a nice restaurant for a quiet dinner, with outside seating. We had heard about Mylo's Grill from a friend and decided to drive down and check it out.
We were not disappointed!
First, don't think that because it is in a shopping plaza, that it is low quality faster food. It is absolutely delightful. They have a great menu with lots of options, and we went with the calamari, lamb kabob, fries tossed with garlic and served with feta cheese (not on the menu (yet) so you have to ask for it), and a bottle of a French Bordeaux. We finished with Greek coffee and baklava.
The food was amazing, and much to our delight, the service was just as wonderful as the meal. The young man who was our waiter did an amazing job, and there are few places where you can find such good service.
If you want either a great meal out, or a romantic meal out, Mylo's should be at the top of your list. With COVID having such a financial impact on the hospitality industry, take the time to come out and support a great restaurant that was able to make it through the pandemic.
Five stars!!! This restaurant is a well kept and has excellent service. The stuffed salmon with lump back-fin crabmeat was so good. The favors blend so well in the dish. My son and I really enjoyed our food and the service was top notch. Please do not hesitate to try this restaurant. You will not regret it!

I use to come here all the time when my work place was very close by. Since I relocated further out. I don't have time to come back. Mylos come very close almost identical to my family cooking back in Cyprus. My family is from Silikou in the Limassol district in Cyprus. My favorite dish is the Makaronia tou fournou another word is Pastitsio and in English just ask for the lasagna.
I was missing some authentic Cypriot food. Thanks to google search this is how I found Mylos in over 10 years ago.
