A superb Mcminnville treasure, Pura Vida is great latin fusion cuisine. I've never been disappointed by these kind people as the food is always great. Unlike much of the mexican food around town this isn't food that's been cooking away for days and it really is fresh. The hot sauces are fresh as well and they have excellent assortment. It's the best restaurant of it's kind in town. Period!
Don't rush good food. The taco plate and chips n salsa are good, especially with the smooth tamarind whiskey sour. Mmmm! This place is one of my favorites and I love the staff. Always kind and easy to look forward to (shoutout to Myra, Ricky and Frankie!) ���
As always, excellent food!!! Good portions, presentations, and price. Service was outstanding. The wait staff are very caring.
Clean, relaxed atmosphere is the usual at Pura Vida. Brought my daughter inlaw for the first time and she absolutely loved it! She missed have a tasty Latin cuisine and this is now her favorite place. Her particular favorite is the pork belly.
Only one request. I love the salmon ceviche, but could you please put back the fuji apple that was part of the recipe before? The mango is good, but the apple gave the ceviche more flavor and texture. ☺
I've stopped here twice in my travels to the Oregon coast and I have absolutely loved it both times! Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We brought the whole family this time and they were extremely accommodating to our kids. I highly recommend it!
