Good service, everyone is very nice. It seems like everytime i find a blended coffee i like, they tend to be blended thinner over time. Remember to ask for carburator so it is freshly hand blended and not a premix.

This place is really going down hill. I bought 4 coffees with a gift card and the employee couldn't figure out how to scan my points for the app so I just lost out on credit towards a free coffee. The staff used to be friendly and play awesome music but not lately. Update 1/20/22 dutch bros got hold

Love the employees there. Always friendly and helpful. I don't always know what I want and they are helpful with suggestions. And they are fast! Never have to wait long, whether it's walk-up or drive thru.

Have been a customer of Dutch Bros since Dane & Travis started out with a cart in Grants Pass, OR. No other coffee places compare with there coffee & customer service!!! Will always be a customer till the end!!!

I love dutch! Everyone is amazing and most of them have my drinks memorized! They are always friendly and have quick service. Also when I want to switch it up and can't decide they always hook me up with tasty drinks!

coffee is good, but they're music is WAY too loud. As someone with hearing loss, it was just about impossible to hear them talking. I get it, music helps lighten people's moods, but it shouldn't be so loud to the point where customers cannot hear the baristas talking.
