My wife just went in to get a salad. She was informed they no longer make salads at this location. Since when? Why can I order a salad online or via the mobile app if you “don’t make salads here any longer”? What a joke. I guess if you don’t want our business that is your choice. I will not be coming back. I will gladly drive to either Morrison, Smithville, or Sparta to avoid this sorry excuse of a Subway.

They had me on hold for over 10 minutes. Then I got hung up on. Called back 4 times and all for times the phone was picked up and immediately hung right back up. Very bad business. Not happy.

The lady working just kept watching me that I was going to steal something, all I was doing was making my drink. I've been in this store several times (at least once a week) .

Last few times I've been the bread isn't cooked enough on the bottom is doughy. I have had take them home and put in air fryer past few times.

Had a coupon🙂. The manager took my coupon but didn't honor it? When she thought I wasn't looking she threw it in the trash😡! Go to Smithville subway!!

People this is not a good representation of a Subway. Order online and you can bet you are getting the smallest sandwich even if you mark 2x veggies you will not get them. Set at the table after ordering and look at your sub and ask yourself, is that worth $10 - $15. If you stand there and order you can keep asking for more toppings because they don't like to put much on it. This review is not from one experience I've been going there for a long time and the quality is worse in the past 2 years than ever.

Was at this Subway today around 4 PM. 3 GUYS were there and all of them seemed lost. Did not wanna make sandwiches way I wanted them. Bought 2 Subs, they charged me $37.42. Never gave me a receipt. None of them seemed to have a clue. Where was the shift manager. Wasnt in store or was one of the guys.....If this is their idea of quality service subway is in trouble. You better believe I'll get my money back.
