This particular Krystal is so hit or miss. I’m tired of the inconsistency. I literally only buy fries here (Krystal Fries are top tier) but every other time I get them at this location they are old, cold, soggy. The burgers and Krystal chick's were hot and delicious. The server was friendly and helpful.

I love grits, and Krystal makes me just the way I love to eat em. The classic breakfast bowl is grits, egg, sausage patty, and cheese in a bowl,. And I love every bite.

When the window opens and the first thing you smells is body odor from poor hygiene?? No Thank You!!!! Fix your AC or send the offending employee HOME!!!

Drive thru for 20 minutes and food cold. No wonder they closed do many of them. Will not go back to this location.

I would’ve given five stars because the Krystal in McMinnville TN is awesome! Food is always hot and fresh. But I gave 4 stars because the new French fries are TERRIBLE!!! Please go back to the old ones!!

Time to order at the speaker was very quick. Once at the window which the line moved at a normal pace, it took FOREVER for the food to be ready. I've never been so upset with a fast food establishments drive thru time as I was this time. I sat at the window waiting on my food, with a line behind me
