Stopped in to preorder 5 dozen on Friday. Came in at specified time this morning and they were all ready (I was a little early too). I order boxes of coffee this morning and had to wait a few minutes. Employees were all so nice and we conversed effortlessly while waiting. They helped me take everything to my vehicle. I have yet to try them but great customer service experience none the less.
The donuts are by far the best I ever had. The staff was super friendly. I definitely can't wait to go back.
I've never had a warm donut before! Wow! Cooked perfectly sugary deliciousness in every single bite! Customer service was great too. All around satisfied. Hit the spot!
Excellent donuts! Each one made by hand so there was a wait but it was sooo worth it. I would suggest they just serve regular coffee and not expresso type drinks. Takes too long!

Visited all the way from Dallas, TX.
Have family in Carlisle and they’ve told me how good this place was. The maple bacon with Caramel drizzle was AMAZING!! I’ll be back in the future for sure . �
First time eating your donuts and their were thee best donuts I've ever tasted. I took 2 dozen in to work today for National Boss's Day and everyone loved them.
There's no where else I'd ever eat a donut. The young staff are polite & work hard. My only suggestion & desire that I've mentioned twice there, is to offer donut holes. Still deserves a top notch rating regardless.

Best donuts ever. Staff girls very friendly and patience with my kids being it was our first time. Warm made to order the little wait was worth it my kids enjoy watching the whole process. Will def be back soon to try the sunday with the warm donut can only imagine.

We used duck donuts Mechanicsburg for our wedding day desserts! We got married in October 2020. I had a dream of having a donut wall and they made it come true! They provided the donuts, donut holes, and donut wall. Nice donut walls are expensive to buy and they have them for rent! I loved getting to taste test everything and they made it such a smooth easy and flexible ordering process. We were able to have them even deliver and set up the wall! They came and went right on time and I did not even notice them arrive until I saw it all set up and it made me so happy and relieved that they were so perfect :) (One less thing for the bride to worry about the day of is SO meaningful!) We got so many compliments on our desserts and had little bags made from Etsy for guests to take them home. Donuts are easily transportable compared to other desserts ;) You guys rock!

The donuts are really amazing, tasty and great presentation! My only gripe is for a new comer the ordering process is a little daunting. They really cater to custom ordering but for present customer favorites. For people who don't want to custom order and want to order customer favorites, present those customer favorites more prominently vs in little table top displays that get blocked by who is in front of you in line. Otherwise a great experience and would definitely go again!
