It’s a Saturday morning so I knew it would be super busy. Called and had to call back a few times since it kept saying “user is busy”. Expected someone to answer and rush me through my order but instead I got the kindest gentleman who was so nice answer the phone. He asked how he could help me and told me he was on the other line and asked if I could hold. Absolutely. After about a minute he got back on the phone and continued being nice and very professional. When I picked up my order there was a line out the door. It felt like it should’ve been complete mayhem but everything ran so smoothly. I asked the gentlemen manning the cash register if this is where I picked up phone orders. He kindly asked me to hold on one second while he finished up ringing someone else. He asked me my name, told me my total and I gave him my card. He thanked me and told me to have a great day. I have a new favorite bagel place and this store will be my “go to” from now. Thank you!
One of the best if not the best bagel/ Deli I’ve had the pleasure to have gotten my food from, the crew is fast and the line is always out the door so. Thank you guys for a great job. Respectfully,

First time here. I’ve read so many reviews while sitting here having my breakfast. Conflicting. Interesting how different people can have totally opposite experiences. I did pick up that some aren’t happy unless they have something to complain about….and that some negative ones seem legit.
Must be my lucky day because my initial thought as I entered and got in line was that it was a lively, positive vibe. I didn’t witness anything unpleasant. Everyone was friendly and my food was very good. On the pricey side, yes. But the traffic coming in and out tells me it’s worth it. Lots of people behind the counter. Sometimes that can be challenging with communication but my wait was minimal and my order was perfect. I’ll be back for sure and see if I get lucky again :)
I can't understand the negative reviews other that the fact that "you can't please everyone". We're here nearly every weekend for bagels or egg sandwiches, NEVER had a problem! And we have tried many bagel stores over time, this is the best!
Stopped in before closing, so grill was off & I got a toasted bagel and a 1/4 pound of vegetable tuna. It was delcious and my bagel was toasted & buttered perfectly.

Went today with my daughter and ordered 2 egg sandwiches, I’ve got to say that my order was spot on even though the place was really busy. The staff was friendly and courteous. I can see why the place was busy because, the food and service was excellent. I definitely will be coming back quite often…
I went here to get my iced coffee one day and it was delicious! I always order from here through Uber eats now because they’re the only ones in this town with really delicious coffee! And the add ons were awesome! They take directions really well!!! The staff is also super nice!
Amazing breakfast!! Love the selection!!! Great staff , baseball team came in for breakfast and the team there was very helpful and awsome!!! When at the Island gotta hit the Bagwla your way!!!
I cam home for my Mom's 85th birthday celebration. I went to Bagels Your Way Cafe Medford and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. I need to bring them to Atlanta Ga. Service was fast and the food was delicious . I miss this so much about NY.
Ordered through Uber eats. Got a dozen bagels and two coffees. The bagels were pretty good and the food was delivered quickly.
Always busy on weekends but they crank out the orders. The one time I called in my order they got it completely wrong but one time isn't a pattern. I'd say 10% of the time the food is sup par the rest of the time it's great and worth the expensive prices.
