Really great homemade pasta. I made the gnocchi in a truffle mushroom sauce and they were amazing. I was afraid they were going to be dense but they’re really one the fluffier gnocchi I’ve had.
The plain cheese ravioli are the best I have had of this type. The ricotta filling was smooth, rich, and creamy and the chewy pasta wrapper was the perfect contrast. Get their cream sauce for a topping. Recommend highly. Cash only.

We have been coming to Bellas since we moved to Boston in 2006 and they are the best ravioli I have ever had. We always get some fresh for that day and some frozen for an easy meal later. The simple cheese raviolis are masterful and a must try. Buy the tomato sauce for the raviolis, you won't regret it. And the owner is wonderful, she loves all children. Go there at Christmas to see her tree covered with photos of the neighborhood kids she has "adopted " She is like the Italian grandmother that everyone wishes they had. Absolutely love this place. Bella's Ravioli was one of the first local food shop we visited when we first arrived in Boston almost 15 years ago. My husband loves Italian food and when we live out west of the country, we couldn't find fresh raviolis that were close to this quality. So when we found out that there was a local mom and pop shop nearby us that were selling raviolis, we had to try them out and we fell in love with their raviolis. When we visited, the mother was always so nice to our baby, even giving us free pastina to feed her. We have since moved a bit away from Medford and have tried other raviolis and nothing can compare to Bella's. We drive to Bella's as often as we can and stock up on raviolis. We freeze them and have them ready when we are lazy to cook. Its a quuck dinner for our family. The cheese filling is smooth and tasty. We simply pair it with a quick marinara sauce. Way better than a lot of cheese raviolis we've had at restaurants. Its also a quick perfect meal for our daughter and her friends when they are over.
Bella Ravioli has always been a place that I could knew I could trust. Their food is super good and a lot better than most I have ever ate (no offense to my parents). My favorite is the cheese ravioli with their tomato sauce, which was not just a good family dinner, but also a realy good birthday dinner that my friends fell in love with at their first bite. Bella Ravioli is realy amazing and if you haven't tried it, it's like missing out on a basket full of puppies.
Hands down the best raviolis around. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Always but their cheese ravioli, love them! Just tried their frozen cheese tortellini. I always buy frozen. Lovely lady there said when they rise to the top boil for 7 minutes. She was absolutely right. I made my own tomato sauce and poured over the tortellini. To die for delicious!!!
