Love this place!! Delicious chicken curry...its my favorite on the menu! The pound and pint deal is awesome!! The garlic parm wings are delicious!

Great neighborhood family Pub.. Great staff and food.. Saturday night music and hanging out in the Pub .. Everyone is so friendly and fun. We have been going there for 18 years.. know the owners Mick and Karry.. great family ... Mick is from Ireland so he know's his Pub's!!!!!
I had the Reuben with steak fries, and a pint of Smithwick's. Mickey's is always worth the trip! .

Mickey Cassidy's has been a Medway gem for many many years. The drink selection is very wide and has local craft beer & cider offerings. The food is superior with award winning lobster dishes and traditional Irish dishes with a local flair. On the weekends they often host live music. The owner, Mickey himself, is regularly out having a pint at the bar & and his daughter and other family run the place. BJ is the best pub bartender an alehouse could ask for and a standup fellow. All in all you can't do much better than to spend an evening at Mickey Cassidys the best Irish pub in Medway MA.
We are obsessed with Mickey Cassidy’s....it’s our go to for Thursday/Friday night take out meals and it never fails. Their sweet and spicy cauliflower is to die for, and literally the best tasting thing on the menu to us. They have a lot of other great options, but we always get this dish and are never let down. One thing I would say is that the portions appear to be smaller for takeout versus in-restaurant, but nonetheless still tasty and delicious 😋
