Haven’t been here in a while. We need to come more often. The service was outstanding and the food delicious! I tried their lemon blueberry waffles and OMG was it good! I cleaned my plate!

Nice Perkins located close to the Brevard Zoo off of I95. First time here and it was busy but we got a table quickly. The food overall was well cooked and tasty. We have been to some Perkins that had some food issues, but not here. The carrot cake pancake special was excellent. My wife's waffle was

Great family experience and good food as well. Kids meals come with a cookie, and mine dropped theirs on the floor. Within seconds management was there with a new one without us having to ask. Very nice staff and nice clean atmosphere.

Visited here with my friend and her family. I liked how they put a few jugs of coffee on the table so we could keep topping up. The food was delicious. The only reason I'm not giving 5 for the service is because one of the servers was rude and quite frankly, scary!
I had not ben in a Perkins for decades....preordered pies for Thanksgiving. when I arrived for pickup, the pies were ready...along with STACKS of others of all flavors! It was crazy busy, but the staff was efficient and service was fast. The pies...pumpkin and apple caramel...were DELICIOUS.
