I order from here at least once a month if not twice for the last two years. I can count one or two times that I didn’t have any issues . Every single time I order a mobile order it is missing items , it is not ready , the staff act as if you are bothering them when you ask where your order is you placed at 4:00 that should have been ready for 4:30 and it’s 5:00 (today). Also, today I opened my order once I got home and it looks like someone ate half of it ….
I’m sick of complaining as it gets me nowhere but hopefully the right person to help implement change there will see this . I really love chipotle as a franchise but this restaurant needs new management as this particular store is being run terribly and making the entire franchise look horrible .

Horrible customer service every single time I go to this location on N New Haven.
Walk in customers are entirely ignored while they work on mobile orders. Every single employee has a poor attitude. They avoid eye contact and will carry on full length conversations with other employees before acknowledging your presence. Today, I waited while one employee kept his back turned to me while he cut up meat (probably a cook who isn’t responsible for dealing directly with customer orders, but a simple “someone will be with you soon” would have sufficed). 2 other employees chatted at the cash register about another order for someone who was not in the building. A few minutes pass and an employee comes out of the bathroom and sees me, but quickly looks away while she strolls (leisurely) over to the counter to put her gloves on and chat with cook with his back turned before finally acknowledging I was there. After my order was finished, I got to the cash register where the 2 employees were discussing the order they were working on. It becomes clear that the order is for the manager who is standing with the employee. They spend a few minutes reading over all the discounts being applied to the managers order while I stood waiting to pay for my order. The employee at the register then told me to move out of the way so the manager could pay for her food and then she left.
It almost seems like a coordinated effort to make people place online order rather than come into the store. The mobile orders seem to be prioritized over everything else and the employees are apathetic at best - but most have a difficult time hiding their eye rolls and stone faced glares throughout customer interactions. Maybe they’ve grown comfortable wearing their masks which hide their facial expressions. I hope these people aren’t being paid more than minimum wage as their effort is less than the bare minimum.

First they didn’t have a lot of means that they usually have as far as Theresa and other meats. It’s back to normal weight just steak and chicken. Lastly, The staff is completely different from the last time I’ve seen them in the past two or three months and has all these Super mature of people that don’t even smile when you’re talking to you, and just look like they’re having the worst day of their lives as they’re serving you. I was about to ask the dude does he want me to jump over the counter and just serve myself and my family if he’s not in the mood to be here. The teenage staff they had in there last year were far more friendlier and lively than this group.

I have been to this location twice in the last 2 weeks and the experience got way worse. They disregard any type of mobile order until their line dies down. They don't even check in with the line forming at the pick up area waiting for mobile orders. There is no organization, no one managing or making sure things run smoothly. Not to mention the place is disgusting and dirty dishes and trash everywhere. It just seems like management does not hold any standards when it comes to customer service or cleanliness or professionalism. The staff is very rude, too. I will never order from this location ever again.

Food tastes good when they have what you want in stock and remember to give it to you. Today they were out of chips, crunchy shells, guacamole. Guacamole wasn’t listed as out of stock but they didn’t put it on our order so I’m only assuming. High turnover. Site has become run down. Saving grace is that the chipotle app makes getting refunded for screw ups very painless. They also short your meat on mobile orders and don’t seem to have a dedicated staff for mobile orders anymore.

I really try not to write bad reviews…but the service at this location today was absolutely TERRIBLE. The woman at the register had no idea what she was doing. Charged me for another persons order (which was more than my order) I said I had been charged, and they told me I was wrong. So I pulled up my bank statement to show them that I had indeed been charged. They said they would refund the money, and clearly didn’t…also came to pick up an order in the same transaction to find out that my meal “must have been taken” because it wasn’t in the pick up area. They came out to tell me they would have to remake the meal. A minor inconvenience until I started seeing other to go orders come out ahead of mine. I feel if the food has to be re-made that should be dealt with first, not when it’s convenient for you. Waited an additional 30 mins for food to be made. Customer service is not their specialty at this location!

Worst Chipotle ever there portions of meat is ridiculous ordered 4 soft tacos with light sour cream and jus meat gave me 2 strips of meat and a big spoon of sour cream they need adult supervision no one in there knows what they doing at alll and food looks old they need all new employees period that manager lady is a JERK....

Sadly this place has gone down hill in the last year. Food is not consistent and never tastes right. They are missing something. For example, today it was lemonade. Last time it was vegetables, and the time before that guacamole. Very sad. Would not recommend.
