My daughter, wife and I had breakfast here on Friday for my birthday. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic! Within 10 minutes of being seated our food was ready and the portions were huge….

Great value coming here for breakfast in the morning. Located in a strip mall so it was a little difficult to find. However the food was a great value. Got the 2-2-2 combo with 2 eggs 2 bacon or sausage and 2 pancakes or french toast which is made on french bread. It's a thicker and honestly quite delicious french toast. Also got a side of biscuits and gravy because it's what they are known for and the gravy was the best part, lots of sausage and sauce. My buddy got the ny strip and eggs with grits, was very tender and delicious

Amazing food and place! Can't believe I've been here 4 years never been, but always see they are packed. Prompt friendly service, warm atmosphere. I usually never order ham anywhere because it's always too DRY and super SALTY... I saw a picture of it online, bone in, I showed our server, and ordered it... WOAH......
Ham was amazing!!!!! Juicy, hot, delicious and finally ham that wasn't SALTY. French toast my husband ordered was fabulous!!! Super tasty! Home fries were crisp but not mushy inside....
And ladies.... the Mimosa was fantastic 🍷

This place is the best! Great food, large portions, fast service, and friendly staff. They are quick to greet and take orders. I've been impressed with how quickly the food arrives at your table. The prices are reasonable.... and this cheeseburger salad, WOW!

We’ve been 2 times before right when they open or a few minutes before for breakfast and always always get great service.
The food is not too greasy and they give you such large portions.
The ambience is pretty cool also, would definitely like to come by for lunch or dinner one day.

This is a gem in Melbourne! We had a lovely time and enjoyed our breakfast very much. It felt like going to someone's house. We were served on China plates that didn't match, but added to the authenticity of the establishment. ***If they have the potato soup, get it (delicious 😋)!

This was the best breakfast meal (and service) my wife and I have had in recent memory. For money spent an excellent value. She had eggs, sausage and French Toast. I had chicken fried steak w/gravy, hash browns and eggs. Great meal. Great service. We will return.

FIRST time I've stepped foot into this place in 50 YEARS!
Not since it was Pizza Oven.
The teenager in me was glad to be back.
The adult in me was happy, too!
EXCELLENT food! Very very friendly and polite staff as well!
What more can I say?
How about high fives for Shannon! She was the Wizard of Wow, taking magical care of my dining experience.
THE best fried chicken I've EVER put in my mouth!!
The krispiest, krunchiest krazy great fried chicken!
Every bite into that golden brown goodness was grand!
Yet the insides were juicy delicious.
I'll repeat.
Incredible fried chicken!
Fantastic folks!
Super service!
THAT....is true Southern hospitality.

My husband and I were there today for the 1st time, It was cute and clean and we were waited on right away and she brought our ice tea out very quickly. I ordered the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn casserole and a biscuit and my husband ordered the Reuben sandwich with fries. Our food came rather fast but she brought me cornbread instead of the biscuit which I told her and she switched it, however the biscuit wasn't even browned and it was slightly mushy and there was no butter, I had to ask for it. The chicken looked like it must of not been fully grown and it was not crispy, it was way too crunchy, if you get my drift, there is a difference. The mashed potatoes were made with the peeling on and they were cold, gooey and tasted old. The corn casserole was also cold and tasted awful. My husbands Reuben sandwich was very thin and not much meat on it. Well you live and learn but what a waste of money. I left most of my food on my plate and she asked me if I wanted a box to take the rest home and I said there is no way I would take that junk home, it was terrible. She said "really? I've never heard anyone say anything but good about our food" Well, reading a lot of these reviews that can't be true. I for one will never go back there.

Good meal at a fair price. We have eaten there at least twenty times. Have not been disappointed yet. Food is great and portions are large. Fried chicken and country fried steak are awesome. Restaurant is clean and staff if friendly. I enjoy eating there.

Horrible. The fried chicken was reheated at best. It was raw in the middle, and ice cold. The crab cakes were nothing by bread crumbs. The Prime Rib was reheated to well done in a microwave when asked for rare. My glass was where I found dried on food after drinking out of it...yuck. The mashed potatoes were brown and sticky obviously reheated from yesterday or longer. The staff was nice but I would suggest they find new jobs, I don't think it will last. My party of eight definetly will not be returning.

Had the quiche, which was on special, the crust was raw. The ham was sliced pieces, like sandwich meat. The ratio of all the ingredients was not good and gooey. They were nice enough to get me something else. So I ordered scrambled eggs and links, thinking this would be safe, no luck. They were bland and Luke warm. The links were just gross. The food that was somewhat warm or nuclear was obviously cooked by Chef Mike aka the microwave. The food was bland and tasted old. Staff was very friendly, but definitely won't be going back. If a simple breakfast is not good, I don't need to waste money on trying lunch. Go to The Egg & I. The food is excellent, fresh and we'll done. It costs more but is soooo worth it.

Wonderful find. Delicious homemade soups, muffins, quiches made every day. Prices are very reasonable.

My friend and I ordered the vegie quiche which we could not eat because the bottom crust was so doughy that it stuck to the plate like glue. .<br/>Someone stopped by to ask if everything was OK and we said well since you ask, no it was not. The quiche was not cooked enough and bottom crust is like raw dough. Her reply was , Oh that is probably that is because of all the vegies and walked away, HUH? No offer to get anything else or reduce the bill. Never saw her again. Needless to saw I won't be back.

June Studstill. We have eaten at the restaurant several times since they opened. The food is delicious. Food quality, service, cleanliness, and food portions were wonderful. This will be our favorite place to enjoy food at it's best. Go try it, you will not be disappointed.
