Doesn't matter whether you go to Chick-fil-A in a mall or Chick-fil-A in your local city there's always a line of people. And that's because nobody can compare to Chick-fil-A. Their service is second to none and they always have the most Pleasant people working for them. I highly recommend trying

I have eaten at the mall location often. But food was hot and ready quickly. Didn't get the upsized drink I had asked for but I am sure they would've traded it out. Free refills make it a moot point.
