I had a great experience at the mall. Victoria was very personable and friendly and offered me a sample of peppermint mocha frappe. Ally made my matcha latte and it was very good. I had a maple chicken sandwich that was very tasty. They both were upbeat and got my order done very fast. Great custome

Best managed Starbucks I've seen in years. Quality staff, quality coffee, cleanliness in spades. The current manager is the bane of all Karens, he diffused a situation caused by a customer so professionally I was gobsmacked, absolutely made my day.

My barista was sooooo chill, easy to talk to, and sweet. One lady was purposely avoiding eye contact, wouldn't answer my questions, etc.. my drink was the shizzz as always so pretty much great job yall 👏
Great coffee and friendly service. The time it took to receive my order was quick considering how busy it was. I'm always impressed by the flavor consistency of their coffee. Always fresh and flavorful. Like always, "I'll be back", lol.
