Excellent food and drinks. My cocktail was amazing (strawberry kiwi margarita) and only $7! The food was excellent and service was great too. Server was kind and attentive and the manager checked on us twice during our dining. Very pleased with this Outback.

We got two combinations to share and an appetizer. The three cheese and steak dip appetizer was delicious with tortilla chips to dip with and the combination of Steak and Lobster Mac and Cheese and the Steak and Alice Springs chicken were both great. The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right!

Absolute lovely experience! I haven’t been to Outback in years, and the last time I went I was disappointed. Our server was amazing and funny! I can’t remember his name but he was baldheaded gentleman who was very charismatic. He was very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the chicken wings as an appetizer; they came out hot and fresh. I ordered the lavender lemonade which had Tito’s. I also ordered the wallaby darned which was Lovely as well. For our entrees I ordered the chicken fried chicken (with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese) I did not like the macaroni and cheese and the waiter brought me a kids Mac n cheese instead which was delish! My partner ordered the Melbourne porterhouse that she loved. We ordered dessert as well.

Our dining experience was very good. Our steaks were delicious, cooked just the way we like them-medium, and the sides were very tasty, salads crisp and sides cooked just right. The manager, Melissa was exceptional. She checked on the service and that the food was like we wanted it. She was friendly and made us feel welcome. Our server, Alice, was very attentive and one of the best we have had. We will definitely come back and recommend Outback-Viera to all our family and friends.

The food was right on my filet mignon was delicious. It fell apart melted in my mouth. The atmosphere is good. The service was phenomenal. Our group of seven had a wonderful time we sat there for two and a half hours weren't bugged had no issues it was beautiful. Thank you Outback steakhouse.

We had Melissa as a manager and Melissa as our server both were amazing very attentive and very helpful. I had dietary restrictions and they were just amazing. Making sure that I had gluten-free choices and that came out hot and delicious. I would recommend this to anyone. thank you to Melissa and Melissa. We will be back.

Lunch today and both our meals were great. Mine can be complicated due to food sensitivities but came just as I asked. Josh was our server and he attentive and very nice! We met Manager Ms. Alex for a special request to somehow take home a larger amount of the Mustard caramel sauce (typically used on the pork chops) as it is also great with chicken!! She was able to sell me one of their frozen bulk packages in a sealed bag and I accepted as we had a cooler in the car! Yes, it was still frozen when we got home! Great folks!

**update**. Just had a lovely Sunday lunch at this location. The food was delicious and the easier was extremely kind. Service was a tad slow, but I could tell they are understaffed. Overall it was a good experience.
--old review--First let me start by saying the server was extremely nice and professional and the place was clean. The bad part was the food. Overcooked dry chicken, rubbery bacon, the kitchen wasnt prepared for opening and couldn't serve ribs. There are just too many other great places to eat for the money to go back here.

Great food as expected, along with attentive service. I think that in the next few years, the whole franchise should update the restaurants decor and style. It's getting a little squidgy around the edges. Either way, the food will bring me back.

Date night! Sat at the bar and had Jorge, bartender, who was amazing, easy to talk to, and made amazing drinks. Manager Angie was so attentive to everything going on in the restaurant and supported her team excellently.

Food was very good, servers and bartender were friendly. The only real setback was we ordered most of our food to go and they forgot to put a lobster tail and asparagus in our order so when we got home we were missing two of the items. I did contact the manager and they refunded us the whole amount so I feel satisfied with that. It just bothers me that they were not busy at all, my wife and I were the only ones sitting at the bar and they couldn't get the to go order right. The three cheese and steak dip appetizer was excellent.

What a lovely place with great food!
Another restaurant we were trying to go to told us there would be a wait so we decided to go here as a second choice. Glad we did. It is a stand-alone restaurant but is situated next to many stores in a strip center mall so there is plenty of parking. We entered and the hostess seated us within 2 minutes. There were a fair amount of people in the restaurant but it did not seem crowded. I have been to other Outbacks but this one seemed to have a new décor. Very nice. There is a bar area straight ahead as you enter the establishment. The main seating area is to the left. This seating area has tables in the middle of the area and booths, both small and large, surrounding this area. The server was slow to get our drink order and drinks but made up for it with the service during the rest of the meal. We ordered the prime rib sandwich and french onion soup with a cocktail. We got the signature bread and devoured that. The food came within about 10-15 minutes. It was delicious. Glad we chose this restaurant for our meal!

Had a great dinner. Tried the new filet with bearnaise sauce and crab meat and it was over the top delicious. We did have a new waitress in training who was working hard and very sweet, but needed help. The manager stepped right in, helped out, and even treated us to drinks because we waited longer than usual. Great way to treat customers! We highly recommend.

literally the worst dining experience i have ever had. the waitress took over thirty minutes to bring us our beverages, then messed those up and took an additional 15 minutes. the food took over an hour to bring to our table, and both plates of food were over cooked with the shrimp being very chewy. the awesome blossom was ok but also took almost 45 minutes to bring to the table. our waitress was incredibly forgetful with drinks and bread for the table. i do not ever plan on going back there again, and it will be a while before i consider any of your sister locations.

Seems to be an ongoing problem with everything being slow. Bread did not come until our Blooming Onion came out at which time we still did not have silverware.The waitress (not ours) brought us our Blooming Onion and she was the one we asked to bring us out silverware and we never saw her again. Did not get our food until more than an hour after we ordered it. Whole experience from start to finish was over 2 hours. Unacceptable!!! Spoke with the manager and she was glad we shared our experience with her, but seeing all the other comments it seems that they are not serious about fixing the problem!!!

My fiancé and I decided to go to The Outback in Viera for our birthday dinner (we received a gift card from my bestie)! The server, Christina, provided amazing service! As did the manager, Heather. Me and my husband love out back but the one in viera is definitely one we won’t go back too. We went and got a bloomin onion which was over cooked. I got a steak that was so salty and overdone which i would have loved to tell the waiter but he didn’t stop by to check on us after we received our food to ask how it was. Me and my husband don’t get out a lot and i was a little bummed about this outback. Now we know to just go to the one on Merritt island by us instead of the viera one. Definitely disappointed

Since it only just opened I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. Food was OK but nothing outstanding. Our waiter was nice and did a good job but 3 hours for a meal was a little too long. We waited a long time in between courses.

No long r on Wickham. The new location just opened. We arrived around 8:15 on a weeknight & there was still a wait. Was on wait list so only 10 minutes. The service was great, I think every server in our section stopped by the table to clear dishes, bring water or ask if we wanted anything. We had the chicken tortilla soup which to a while but the manager came out to say they had run out & had to cook more. Also comped an appetizer. The food was all great. Best steak I've had in ages.

We recently ordered the delivery service from the new Viera/Avenue store and it was most EXCELLENT! My wife and I both had steaks that were perfect and son inhaled the salmon meal! Very impressed how hot our food was still and cooked wonderfully for take-out! Will be ordering delivery again most DEFINITELY!

Took too long for salads to come out, 20/25 minutes. Sent two drinks back that didn't taste right. Food came out cold. Was told because of a incident in the restaurant it was delayed. Waitresstold us they couldn't find our food and the expediter was sure we had our dinner. Manager comped the check, but we came to eat with the expectation of paying.
