I ate at Jim 'N Nick's BBQ yesterday for Lunch w/my friend Heath. We arrived about 1:00 p.m. & got seated almost immediately.I ordered the 5 piece Mild Wings w/Ranch & a baked potato w/bacon, cheese, & Ranch. The server was really nice & kept our glasses full. The only issue I had was the Ranch. It was watered down. I informed the server & he got a different cup of it & some Blue Cheese. The Blue Cheese rocked so I used that for the carrots, wings, & potato. I loved the mini biscuits & got a few for the road w/out having to ask. The server also gave us To Go beverages w/out us requesting them. I would definitely return. Good value, too! Thanks to Heath for suggesting we try it! BTW, he liked his big potato w/Beef.
This was our second time at Jim 'N Nicks and it seems to keep getting better. We were received with a warm welcome; and then our server "Steve" was very knowledgeable and gave recommendations that were delicious! Jim 'N Nicks is definitely our BBQ place when we are in the Memphis area!
I love this place! They give you cornbread and cheese biscuits, and they are to die for! I also liked the chicken strips and collards! They were so yummy! I would also like to give a shoutout to Dan! Thank you for a great experience!

Great service! Great food! And Dennis was very funny and nice to me and my best friends. It was my 1st visit and I will be back with more people. Highly recommended!
The biscuits are delicious!! The mac and cheese was possibly the best ever. I had the brisket and was very pleased. My husband got the chicken and was equally pleased.
Brisket Chili was the light lunch of the day. The brisket was plentiful and the overall flavor was very good. Would have loved it to be a bit spicier but know many people can't handle spice. Server was friendly and she made sure we have beverage refills even before the drinks were empty. Other items at the table were also delicious. Worth a visit when in the area.
First time eating here from out of town. Started off with delicious cheesy biscuits that I could eat myself sick on. Had some mediocre deviled eggs, but a solid bloody mary. Got the choose 3 meats combo...Skip the pulled pork it was so bland and watery. Get right to the brisket and spare ribs. The bark was amazing on them, and you could taste the love. Sides we chose were beans, mac and cheese, potato salad, and slaw. All just decent nothing to write home about. Definitely would eat here again, but getting all ribs instead!
Good brisket. Not as good as some Texas restaurants like Hutchens. Had good bark on brisket but missing a good smoke ring. Baked beens are good as the baked potato, mac and cheese, and fries. Sweet tea was great classic southern sweet tea.
They server was really nice at first, but kind of fake. Then, another person brought the food. Then after a loooooong wait, the original server finally came by again. We thought he had forgotten about us. The brisket sandwich was 5 times too salty.
We were driving through on a trip across the country. We needed a place to accommodate our dog. They allowed dogs on the patio. Nate was our server. He was fabulous. Above and beyond. Thank you for your hospitality and delicious food.
