Great service and good food at P. F. Chang's. Our waitress was cheery and always on the spot. The sushi roll I ordered as an appetizer was a bit slow to come out, so they gave us an extra roll free. The orange chicken was delicious as was the lobster and steak were great.
MY first time eating at P.F Chang’s , I must say I had an amazing experience , the food was extremely delicious, our waitress Nicole was great !! Can’t wait to eat here again !
Food was great Tonio was our server he did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails 🍹 wait for Valentine’s Day was perfect we were seated in less than 10 mins!

Had lunch yesterday. I ordered Sesame Shrimp with broccoli, onions and peppers with fried rice. It was delicious! My server was the best.

We went for dinner tonight. This was our first time eating at P F Chang’s. The food was AMAZING!! The service was great. The staff were friendly and prompt. My children both loved their food and said they want to go back again soon.
Overall, I had a good experience at this location. The food was delicious, and the staff were great. My only complaints were that not all of the menu combinations or options were clear and that some of the dinnerware didnt seem as clean as it could be.My wife was offered fried rice as a side with her meal, and we weren't aware that it would be a $14 side option. I'll also say that the price point for some items seems a tad high, but I suppose that this can be attributed to the more "upscale" restaurants.

I haven't been to a P. F. Chang's in a while. I brought my wife as she hasn't been before. I would like to start by noting our server. While he was courteous, he definitely needs more training. He never checked on us except to take our order. The restaurant wasn't even busy. We were the only one In his section. He walked by our area several times and never even looked our way. I would have rated service even worse because I had to flag down other servers when we needed something. In that regards, I gave them three stars because Tia was kind enough to tend to our needs each time I called out for a servers attention and promptly got us what we needed. I wish we were in her section to begin with. Second we came during lunch time and ordered items off of the lunch section, but Charles charged full price instead of the lunch price on the menu. I was already unhappy with his service, so I didn't feel like being up the issue, but he definitely needs more training.
The food itself was delicious. I got the ginger chicken with broccoli and my wife got the Kung Pao chicken. I got fried rice with my order and she got steamed rice both orders were cooked well and were flavorful. Chicken was tender and not chewy or dry. I also ordered the calamari off the app which was good. I didn't care to much for the wasabi flavored dipping sauce they serve with it. The spring rolls and the brussel sprouts were good as well.
It would be nice if the item descriptions told you which chicken was fried and which was grilled.
The restaurant could do a little better on some cleaning points, like the window areas and menus, but it wasn't notably bad or anything.
This Place was very pleasant. Although it did take quite some time to serve us, the food was very delicious. We ended up going two nights in a row because how much they made is feel welcome. Great place to go on a date. Kids menu available if you have children. They serve you one of the biggest slices of cake I have ever received warm too just make sure to order the ice cream with it. If I'm not mistaken their ice cream almost tastes as if they made it in house. Go enjoy for yourself.
Lunch time was unexpectedly quite, but I was happy. We were seated right away. I server was polite and answered every question we threw at him about the menu. The food was cooked nicely with a tender touch. No burnt edges,not under or over cooked. Delicate flavors, easy on the pallet. Most of all , one of the best whiskey sours I have had. Beautiful and refreshing.
My friends and I wanted to try someplace different and decided to give P.F. Chang's a try. Had reservations and was seated right away. Our server Langston was wonderful. He helped us with the menu and had nice suggestions. He was very attentive and kept our glasses full. The smoke aromatics with the drinks and food were a pleasant surprise. The beef and broccoli was good and so were the pan fried shrimp dumplings. Can't wait to come back!
Quiet cozy atmosphere after lunch. Mela was extremely helpful and attentive. Our food was very tasty. Desserts were great! Tried shrimp with lobster sauce, fried rice and sweet potatoe noodles with veggies. Great choices
Good place to have Chinese cuisine around Memphis. Compared to other Chang's in big cities were better, this is decent one. Our server (Joe) was very friendly and energetic. Food was really good; I would visit this place.

Great service and amazing food. The ambience was great. All of the staff was very professional. I really enjoyed the pork dumplings, lettuce wraps and Miso Glazed Salmon was so good. Seasoned very well. My drinks were the Rising Dragon, Mai Tai, & Asian Pear Mojito...all were very well crafted. I would certainly be back and recommend to friends
Great food but service was lacking even though they weren't busy. Also I'm gluten free and can't eat rice either but there was no option to get a side other than rice or noodles.
WOW. Great food, great sweet tea and great service. The restaurant was clean. I can't wait to return. Willie is the bomb. Thanks for hiring him!!! Oh yeah and the manager was the stuff too!!!
