But ....
They need to clean that place big time...
Trash is always on floor when we get there
Behind the bar is gross
The spoon they use to stir the tea with was laid on counter with trash around it
And picked back up to stir again
Wasn’t cleaned...
Won’t be ordering tea anytime soon...
But customer service there is always top notch!
Remind me not to sit at the bar again
Love this place...always have a great time when I come here. Service is fast and food is just as quick and tastes amazing. I can never finish a regular bowl and bring the rest for lunch the next day ; it reheats well!

I like how you get to assemble your own meal, and they do a great job of cooking and serving it to you.

The food & service were both good. I like that you can order sautéed cabbage in lieu of the rice or noodles.
Service was awesome today! We had the place to ourselves mid/late afternoon. I don't recall the young lady's name who served us but she was great along with the young man who also spoke with us! So friendly and kind! The food was cooked perfectly! Will definitely be going back!

Grill review
Arrived at 1:45 for seating and the female waiter/bartender didn’t see me until 2:03pm! Took my order and I order a Blue frozen drink and a water! At 2:08 I finally got my custom small bowl! The bowl is very small! Got back to my seat around 2:13pm and still haven’t received my drinks! At 2:16pm my appetizer came out chicken teriyaki quesadilla but it looks like two wrapped tacos! Then around 2:17 my drinks finally came out!
The blue frozen drink was a little too frozen but my waiter noticed that I was stirring the drink to loosen it up! Skylar offered a raspberry shot to loosen it up and it worked great! She brought me extra napkins, checked on ya boy, offered me soy sauce, and a great conversation! Very sweet soft spoken and kind! When I first entered it seemed like she was running majority of the floor holding it down!
The food was flawlessly good! Everything was fresh and seasoned! Haven’t been here in over two years but everything was A1! Hate that others didn’t have a great experience but mind started off a little shaky cuz I was waiting but I’m a patient guy so I don’t be trippin’
The food and the great service from Skylar took it above for me! I used to be a waiter so I understand what be going on but it all depends on your perspective! It’s always good to go in with a mindset to support our servers and talk to them!

The last time I was here, our waiter was great, but the food IMO wasn't as good as itbonce was. I still like coming here. I just feel that they aren't on the same playing field that they were a few years ago. I really couldn't tell you exactly what's different about the food because idk if they have changed where they get it, but it just doesn't seem on the same level that it used to be. I still recommend eating here, though.
The chicken potstickers were amazing, highly recommend. We loved their signature bowls too but the potstickers were our favorite. Service is fast and friendly.

The food was really amazing! I went TWO days in a row! You have to try the Dragon seasoning or the Dragon sauce at the end. Many different meat combinations! The vegetables! The noodles are most definitely my favorite but I also recommend one of the many different rice types that they have! And (drumroll) tortilla wraps!!! That's right! Your own burrito! I didn't even know you can add an egg, but I didn't know this the first time I went. (Sigh...) Just go. You'll be happy you did! Tell the Antonio sent you! 😎
Omg…! Kayla…! She’s the sweetest and very nice… her smile is contagious… I’m a little weird… lol… I don’t like for my food to touch and she’s totally fine with it… she’s a blessing to GG… she really is…!
I visited Genghis Grill for lunch and it was a very good decision. The food was fresh as always and the staff was very very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and restaurants as a whole was clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch even though it was a to go order. I highly recommend this site with five stars.
This is the first time I’ve been to Genghis Grill since after all the COVID stuff. I can say I feel like the restaurant was cleaner BEFORE the pandemic. Our table had a “sanitized” coaster on it but it was dirty and had opened sugar packets. That doesn’t really seem “sanitized.” Our server cleaned off our table when I requested. She was nice so I have no complaints about her. The food did still taste about the same as I remember though.
I enjoy the option to not pick out my own ingredients. But they still have the option to pick your own ingredients, which my husband chose. Service is ok.
OMG! I’ve been wanting to try this place forever! I’m so glad I took a chance! My daughter & I skipped out on Osaka to try this place & we were not disappointed! Our waitress (Charli) was so helpful! She was great at guiding us through! The best part about this place is you select what you want in your bowl! Pile up as much as you can! The bowls range between 9.99 & 14.99 if I’m not mistaking & they have a vast variety of meats, veggies, spices, & sauces to choose from! the food is cooked hibachi style which is a huge plus! I will be back very soon! The food was great, service was above great, & the price was spectacular! I definitely recommend stopping here for a bite!
Very tasty and we designed with the cook who grilled to our taste. These bowls were delicious. We enjoyed our bowls. I had plenty left over for a carry out. We shall return.
