This is amazing place. The service was great and meals reasonably priced. Great service, meals reasonably priced and great food. Been here many times and always great value. Great place. I highly recommend going to Sabor Caribe to everyone.

This place is fantabulous, true street food straight from Venezuela. Be prepare to eat one of the best foods ever, arepas con pernil or a patacon but also try empanadas or a pepito. You can't go wrong here!
There have been a number of iterations of Venezuela restaurants in Memphis. This place was also a Columbia mix. I wanted a little bit of everything. I got the sampler and it was simply amazing. I spent $65 here JUST SO I could have food for the next day. I got two large brunette aerapas to go and it was so worth the $10 price tag for the large one. Very fair prices. My only disappointment, as a child in my soul, was that they did NOT have Chicha which I was really hoping they would have. I would’ve paid anything for some, seriously. Lol
Amazing food. Didn't know some of the stuff I was eating, but hey it was good...
My Cousin had her birthday dinner here, in the karaoke room. Everyone had so much fun! The food was delicious and the staff was working so hard to make sure we all had drinks and our food. There were about 20 people in our party and the staff really did a great job keeping up with everything. I also think the staff was highly entertained by our singing and dancing…🤭 Super fun birthday celebration thanks to Sabor Caribe!
I bought lunch from this place through Uber eats. I ordered a Cuban sandwich for myself. The sandwich was hot and fresh, and quite big to fill me up. I actually ate the two halves in two different meals. It came with a bunch of fries. The fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned too. I added some extra sauces ( green and red) by paying 1$! The sauces were nothing great, and tasted like just mayonnaise , with a little heat! Paying an extra buck doesn’t make sense to me for this. Otherwise the food was great, and I recommend the place.
Sabor Caribe is an authentic Venezuelan restaurant located in the medical district. The food is delicious and the service is warm, friendly, and helpful! This was my first time trying Venezuelan food and my waitress was super helpful in assisting me in picking my food. She recommended the arepas and fresh passion fruit juice to drink and I'm so glad she did! All of my food was cooked fresh to order, flavorful, and filling! The arepas had the perfect amount of crunch and softness reminding me of one of my favorite southern things, hot water cornbread! Every bite was filled with meat, avocado, cheese, and goodness! I ordered a chicken arepa and shrimp arepa! I tried my best to eat both but it was so much food that I eventually just had to pack it up to take home! I really can't wait to visit them again and dive deeper into their menu! Plus They have more cocktail options now so I'll obviously be updating the review soon! Lol If you haven't been yet don't walk, run to Sabor! Lol

I love that the Memphis food scene is diverse. Being able to experience different cultures without leaving the city is a gift I hope we don't take lightly.
I Absolutely LOVE This Place.
I Was Scrolling Through My UberEats App & Wanted To Try Something New, When BOOM : Venezuelan Food! Never Had It Before So... Why Not.
One of the BEST Decisions I Could Have Ever Made. Everything I've Ordered So Far Has Been BEYOND My Expectations & Absolutely DELICIOUS!
I Literally Plan To Try Almost EVERYTHING On The Menu.
Stay Tuned ;)
The food was delicious and very filling. The "cheese fingers" are dangerously good, and I really appreciate the wealth of vegetarian options.
The food is good. Some items are a little bland and benefit from the cilantro sauce they give you. My issue with this place is the service. I don't really think it's the fault of the staff. They are clearly understaffed. We went for lunch on a Thursday, and there was only one lady working the entire restaurant floor, and one working the register and takeout orders. They clearly couldn't keep up. I never got a refill on my drink, and we had to wait a long time to get our bill. I was going to get dessert but we opted not to because we didn't want to be there any longer. The waitress apologized for the long waits. The management needs to beef up staffing.
Didn't have high hopes as I went to another Venezuelan place and it wasn't good at all. Ordered the Bomba-B burger. When I looked at it, i thought this is going to taste weird and probably not good. I was very wrong. One of the best burgers I have ever had. Every thing just went so well together. I can't wait to get hungry again so I can go back and try something else.
Went here on the 25th just passing it bye and decided to stop! It was a great thing we did because this place was a great find! The customer service was great and the food was even better! Cannot tell you for the life of me what we ordered but both items were great! I do however remember the natural juices and we got passion fruit and it was one of the best things I've tasted in a long time! Place was very colorful and festive as well! Will definitely be back!
Delicious food! The travel plates gives you a taste of many things on the menu. Definitely planning to go back
Yes! I finally found a good jibarito in Memphis.
Fresh authentic Venezuelan food. Friendly service. Small quiet atmosphere.
This is not fastfood and it's not cheap Mexican. So don't go in thinking you will get a $5.99 speedy gonzalez lunch special.
The jibarito is my favorite. Warm fresh and full of flavors.
The cheese sticks are good. They are definitely not the norm.
The burgers are so good.
Pros: Fresh food, friendly service, clean calm atmosphere
Cons: price is a little high but fair, small seating area so they fill up fast
It is a little spot in Memphis but full of flavor. The food is really good and the service is always on point. The Arepas are the best in Memphis.
The food was good. It just took a little longer than I expected to get it.
Food was brought out timely and was pretty good! Tried the brown sugar lemonade and I liked it as well as the Tower arepas! Server was good and didn’t mind explaining the menu!
Beautiful place, super clean, enough space between tables, spacious parking. Outstanding food, fresh and the flavors were spectacular. Excellent service! Complement to the kitchen staff!!
