They're fast and food is always on point. Also the customer service is better then most places in the city and the building is surely the most amazing of any Lenny's locations I assume.

We ordered the American club and cold Italian sandwiches. The bread was fresh and the sandwiches were good. They forgot the oil/vinegar on the Italian. Overall customer service could be improved. There were a lot of staff, but no one seemed to want to be working.

Charming location, same great food and incredible service! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was made to perfection and precisely the way it was ordered. The tables and booths were clean and the drink kiosk was fully stocked. Wonderful experience!
Samantha (Sam) is absolutely the best. I've been coming here for 3 or 4 years and she is always pleasant. She is great for business and a joy to see. She needs to be the Store Manager. Don't know what management is waiting for. PROMOTE HER!! Thanks Sam for always making my visit to Lennys a pleasan
I will give them this, the girl in there recognizes and knows most of her customers names. Some even give her a hug. She’s taken the time to notice that my order was taking longer than expected and checked on it and got it out. This place gets 5 stars just for her constant service.
