Me & my sis was there last night. It was a pretty cool vibe. The food was good. The drinks were delicious. Our server was a nice guy who brought us our food quick. The only thing I would say is the music. They could do better with their music selection. It appeals more to the younger crowd. Also, they kept playing the same artist.
Mandatory tip! 15% even if it's just you and 18% for party of 5+. My server was great. I tipped her 20$ on an 88$ order. Then I realized they forced a tip on me for 11$. I was angered by that. For that I won't be back. Companies should pay their employees. Not place a mandatory tip what if service was bad. Restaurants started this rip off during COVID 2020 and never stopped.
Food great! Appetizers from $5 to entrees $14. Flavored margaritas kiwi, grape, lime, strawberry, πΊ hibiscus too. Shots as low as $6 to $10. Lots of receipt check security clearance stuff on the weekend. Looks like a walkout problem or theft of sorts.
Server great!
Small area I can see weekends being packed. They play regular music I didn't hear the traditional Mexican sounds.
New find! This was my 1st visit and it was amazing. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The prices are reasonable and they have a Vegan Menu. The Talipia Fish Tacos on corn tortillas had seasoned crispy fried fish with fresh toppings of lettuce, cheese, and sauce. Real jalapeno cheese popers that brought the spicy heat. π The best dish that was like being in adapted sister's kitchen was the Shrimp with Tequila Lime Sauce with rice and mixed steamed vegetables. The Traditional Mexican desert was the best tasting desert that will take you to the panaderia. π This is the best place to visit for homemade style Mexican foods.
Everyone on staff was great. I got the rainbow flite thinking I could handle it. It's def something you could share with a friend. The food was flavorful.
Found this Awesome spot reading an article about different places to visit in Memphis. Looked it up and saw the great menu of food and drinks. Met some friends there. Known for the Happy Margarita Flights. All food and the drinks was great. Will be back for sure.
Delicious food and great drink options, bar area is pretty. Big screen that usually broadcasts sports. Very beautiful scenery also has outdoor seating.
Visited here for the first time. I'll start by saying that when we entered the establishment, we waited to be seated, which is one of the signs you'll see. The hostess wasn't very hospitable and looked bothered by our presence. The waitress, however, was the total opposite. She was friendly and took our orders, and checked in on us periodically. This place displays a big banner hanging from the ceiling claiming to have the best margaritas in town 2 years running. Unfortunately, we didn't try any, but we will the next time we go. The chips and salsa were pretty good, and the food was fine. we had three separate dishes, and one was a bit salty and dry. All our dishes contained chicken cooked three ways, but 1 out of 3 isn't bad. Especially given the place is known for the margaritas and shot selections rather than its food. It's more of a bar that sells food than a restaurant with a bar. The ambiance has a somewhat of a club or sports bar feel to it. It's dimly lit and has rap and hip hop music blasting in the background. If you don't mind the loud music and are looking to drink and then maybe eat, then this is a place worth giving a shot. Oh yea, another thing that kinda supports the bar rather than a restaurant idea is that on the weekends, you have to pay a cover charge.
Really good food. Love their margaritas. They have a really cool sampler,( pictured below). Service is kinda slow at times. Would have given it 5 stars, but one of my bacon wrapped shrimp was missing a shrimp when I got home. All I had was an empty bacon shell.
Food was good but pricey the drinks were hitting
Fun.. truly Memphis.
Loud ratchet music..good food..fun ..
The waiters were attentive and were seen joining in with others laughing and dancing!
Great fun!!
Enchaladas were yummy I wanted to lick the plate!
It's just depends on the time of day I've realized.
When it's not busy the food is hot, service is quick and the environment is calm.
It does turn into a club like scene later on in the evening during the weekends with a younger crowd(twerking and rap vibe).
With thus expect the foods to take a bit longer to come out.
I always walk out tipsy with their drinks.
1st time there, and everything was great. The food and the staff was awesome and our waiter was the BOMB!!! πππ
Don't remember our waitress name but she was awesome. Didn't like the idea of leaving my ID at the door because we had a family party. Food was good and drinks were great.
Once you leave here you'll be completely satisfied with the food, price and quantity. This is one of the best Hispanic restaurants in Memphis.
