A great version of your basic Chinese take-out. Don't expect anything gourmet or an authentic Chinese menu, but super fast lunch. Nice people running the restaurant, and exceptional health department rating. I'm so glad they are in this neighborhood. It's a great quick work lunch option if you are in the Airpark area of Memphis. High 90's and sometimes 100's on their health department score card. Food is prepared fresh with the kitchen open to view from the order/cashier counter.

Great place for a quick lunch.. My coworkers and I often choose this place for a quick lunch. We go at 11:00 am and are usually about first in line but then the line stacks up behind us. Service is fast and efficient. In and out in thirty minutes.
Behind the order counter you see several hot woks turning out fresh dishes at maximum speed.
My friends usually opt for the Chicken wing special. Four perfectly fried whole wings with fried rice and a drink for $4.95. The wings are served so steaming hot you have to immediately break them apart to allow them to cool enough to eat in the allotted time.
I've had the wings and enjoyed them but I've tried many other dishes as well. My go to dish is the Shrimp in garlic sauce. Six medium size shrimp with vegetables in a slightly spicy, very tasty sauce. Again with fried rice and a drink for $4.95.
All your typical Chinese dishes are available and I've never been disappointed.
PS. On a recent visit I tried the Singapore Chow Mai Fun. Not a lunch special but this noodle dish is better than the same dish at nicer restaurants . $8.00 and definitely enough for two meals. Noodles, shrimp, chicken and vegetables in a light yellow curry sauce. Very good!
Excellent food, fast service on phone-in orders. Try the "Happy Family" it's delicious.
Been going to them since New HongKong burned down. And their food is AMAZING!!! Im now pregnant🤰🏽 and this food is all I can keep down. I swear my husband tells me im going to be so big because I ate the beef fried rice nearly EVERYDAY. It is so good💖.
Food was super amazing, the service was nice the place was packed reasonable prices will be back for sure .. Oh ya we got an egg roll that wasn't a normal egg roll this one had jalapenos cheese and let me tell you on my goodness it was so good not real hot just right..
They always know exactly what I'm gonna order before I walk in the door and they are super nice and friendly but their food is absolutely the best
Woke up & Roll is my go-to place for a quick, inexpensive lunch. I highly recommend!

Food was ok not the best I've had kinda expensive for Chinese food I got shrimp and mixed vegetables with 2 egg roll came up to abt 20 but everything has gne up in price now so it's what I'm seeing everywhere

Food is always fresh,I get the house special fried rice with extra shrimp, extra egg, and no pork. The steak and veggie egg roll is good. Customer service has gotten a whole lot better over the years.
Good food highly efficient. You'll never hear "ten minutes" because they do it in five.
Only thing for me is it's not extraordinarily visible from the road.
I live in the area. I don't eat here much, but when I do the food is always hot and fresh. I really like to side order garlic sauce and use on my fried rice. It's better than soy sauce to me.
I've never gotten a bad plate @ Wok & Roll.........
