The first time I had Dixie Queen a friend ordered it off DoorDash so I didn't get the full experience that people have been "warning" me about. A week later, I decided to try the one off Shelby. I was in line for well over 35 minutes. When I got to the window, I realized why. They use the very first computer for their transactions 🤣🤣🤣just kidding but in all seriousness, they could come up with a new system to crank people out a little bit faster. Anywho, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, 6 piece hot lemon pepper sprinkle, and a large cheese fry. My food was fresh and bomb! I plan to try a milkshake the next time.
Great food if you don't mind waiting. Usually about a 15min drive thru wait.

It's definitely a guilty pleasure meal, which is so good. Food is good greasy, and inexpensive. Though customer service is never a strength but you might get luck and get good customer service at the drive thru. Overall, food is top notch at this location.
I don't know a person on this planet who don't love Dixie Queen. The Food is always fresh they give you more than you can eat and the shake machine are working and ohh so delicious. They are pricey so don't expect to eat their everyday, this is a place where you go only for your self love day by yourself and chill in the car😂
Wait time is long since the food is cooked to order which is not a problem. The food is usually good some days are better than others. The customer service is always great at this location I have yet to dislike anything here yet . Keep up the great work !
I was just pleasantly surprised at the Dixie Queen drive through. I haven’t been in a long time but the lady at the window was fast, accurate, and very pleasant and the food is hot and good. Great Job!!
I usually go here on my lunch break. They always prepare the food just how I like it, perfectly seasoned & quickly. Plus it's a good value for good food.
As always the food is on point! Delicious, hot and made fresh! If you catch a short line you are in luck! Though the line is usually almost to the street, the service is fast and the food is definitely worth the wait. My favorite things are the cheese burgers, lemon pepper chicken strips, wings and the hot fudge brownie sundaes. The menu is vast and has something for everyone. The employees are nice as well despite how busy they are I've never had a bad experience.

Most people eat here 1,000 times with the food being perfect, the one time it's not they leave a bad review. I love this location and their quality in preping the meal.
I normally don't have problems but the last 2 times, they messed up my order. I had to wait in that long @zz line to take it back. I sometimes pay it forward but I'm not going back for a while. I drive from OB just to get Memphis food and sometimes it's worth it when the order is correct and when it's wrong, I wonder if they fixed the other people's food right??? I still love my city and will make the drive again when I get another urge.
