I want to say the new manager here is turning things around. She has only been there a few months and I see the changes she making.
I gave this store 5 stars because of the two employees. The store is very busy and I SAT in the reserve spot for about 15 min for 2 Mcchicken sandwiches/w pickles. I felt forgotten about, but out of all the hectiness. The cashier with the green locks and the young man with the short locks stopped and took care of me. Thank you two! Food of course was hot and right!
The food and service were great, just a little wait.

Love those Chocolate Chops Cookies. Always cook them fresh and hot.
They were very helpful, the lady was polite and understanding the driver being deaf. It was a very easy and pleasant transaction. food was hot and ready quickly. I also had a problem with my card and they werent accepting cash at the time and they accommodated my dilemma and accepted cash anyways. I appreciate the helpful and courteous manner that they had as well as quality and prompt service. Thank you for your time McDonald's staff you really went above and beyond!
I just left from up there and I got to say... The crew that's up there this evening is awesome. The cashiers on drive through was sweet and patient. The kitchen did a wonderful job on making all of my meals as ordered. For them to always be short on staff I can truly say I'd give them 10 stars if I could because I've had the longest day ever and was expecting to be in line for a while but they fooled me today. I think the whole crew deserves a raise. My children are pleased as well. Great job crew members
This McD's is an urban oasis of questionable cuisine. The ambiance is a mix of fluorescent lighting, sticky floors, and the sweet aroma of deep-fried regret. The staff seems to be stuck in a perpetual state of confusion, as if they're not quite sure what's on the menu or why anyone would willingly subject themselves to such culinary torment. But if you're in the mood for some subpar fast food and a healthy dose of existential crisis, this is the place for you.
Placed a large order several days ahead, spoke w/ GM. The food was ready and hot upon arrival for pick up Union Ave. location. Although, I had to change the pick up time, I was very pleased that the food was ready and kept hot until I arrived, and the General Manger was onhand and very professional. Thank you.
The drive thru was a little slow for 3 cars
Stayed in line over 40 min. Got to pickup window and they were playing and believe that why it too so long. Food was correct 👌
