I live down the street from the Jackson and Watkins location but drive to this location any day. I love the mornings shift. So nice and sweet. Night shift is too. The jackson and Watkins location needs to be like this one. Keep up the good work.
I finally had TOPS breakfast, and it was something else! This is my third time here this week! This morning I decided to go with the tried and true bacon cheeseburger... Once again, I have been satisfied. The restaurant was clean and the crew was absolutely lovely!
the order was wrong. Talked to the manager woman. Gave me my money back, AND, gave me a whole nother order. I freaking live tops. Never had a single issue. Tops, I love you and ill always come back.
New, Tops now has breakfast starting at 6:30 or 7 am! Awesome food, manager and employees. Never had any bad experiences at this location. If ever I had a mistake on my order it would be taken care of with no problem. I would like to see a new value menu for the hard times when you really want somet
This place is my nostalgic location for sure. Portion size and flavors are still the same,I’ve been coming here since 1984.
Best burgers in Memphis! I have been going to this location for over a decade. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Food is delicious, hot, and well-priced. Thanks Tops Berclair team!

Oh yes! It was a pop-up visit as I passed by restaurant. I turned around and was pleased I did. They still have great food and quick service. Very, very pleased with Tops BBQ!!!
Decided to try Tops today for the first time. Ordered pork sandwich, bbq beans and potato salad. It was delicious and definitely ranked as one of my favorite BBQ places now. The price was also 👌.
Friendly attentive staff. Was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Food is on point. Fresh fries. This is one of my favorite locations. Nice clean place to sit down and eat. Always a pleasant experience here.
