A few years back, I loved this place and ate here nearly every day. A cliche of a Greek family owned, cash-only diner that had been in town for years, completely with 1970's era wall art. And they used to have the best, most fabulous hash browns I've every had.
Then it changed hands. Staff rotated with the change. The menu shifted a bit. And the hash browns became dry, burnt and/or undercooked. I was sad.
I've been back a few times recently and the hash browns have gotten much, much better. Not quite as good as they used to be, but close. The food is still diner food, the prices have gone up a bit, and the service is still... well... diner quality service. But this might have returned to being the best breakfast in the area. If you're looking for breakfast, or eggs other than something jammed into a bagel, try Ann's.
As old school as it gets. Look around to see every widower in town sipping coffee and reading the paper. Love this place!

Love the old timey feel of Ann’s. The food was excellent and coffee was on point. Wonderful service as well, will be bringing more people back here.

It was great! Amazing food and service. I’ve lived here for 12 years and I’ve never known that it was here. I honestly see nothing to complain about... And for those people who are complaining about the cash thing, it has it has a sixties theme. Were credit cards a thing then? No, no it wasn’t, so stop complaining
Excellent friendly service, big slices of French toast. Homemade syrup. ... yummy. I'll keep this in my favorites.

This is a good throwback old school diner, basic comfort food prepared fine and good service. Please note, they do not post a menu online, if you use the one from shopmenlopark.com the prices posted there are about half of what is actually charged (perhaps an outdated menu) - the actual prices are high for the basic fare.
Food is great here and the prices are fair! The coffee is amazing very rich and a smooth taste. I didn't like my waitress, she rolled her eyes back for pretty much everything she or we would ask. All the other employees were very kind and helpful.
