I have been here a few times and every time I am not disappointed. This past weekend we decided to dine in again. I was impressed with their Chili; I love a good bowl of chili in this cold weather, and it was by far one of the best I have yet to have. You can't go wrong at this restaurant as there is so much to choose from. Excellent service and Delicious food!
Stopped in while we waited for our hotel room to be ready, Several of the beers in our flights had a diacetyl flavor- reported it so they could swap kegs. Got caught several times wanting a waitress with no one to be found. We sat at the bar at 2pm with 1 other couple so it's not like they were swamped. I had the Avacado egg rolls, and they were only ok. Kinda mushy. Hubsy had Chicken Tortilla Soup, which he said was salty and pepperoni Flatbread, which he said was dry. We declined trying a second flight
The restaurant was incredibly clean, the atmosphere and decor was incredible compared to competitors. We went around 7pm, so it was typically the busiest time of the day at this particular location. Didn't wait too long for a table, drinks came out within a timely manner and our orders were taken too. The food was delicious! Only complaint is that our waiter was new so he was a bit slow at the job, but he was also waiting numerous other tables and juggling this and that. I feel terrible because of how understaffed the front and back of the house are. I wish that man well! He was incredibly generous and good at his job and apologetic for the slow service.
Food was excellent. Dessert was amazing, although we had to inquire about desserts. Our waitress didnt ask us. Waitress Samantha service was poor. She didn't know menu options although her tablet told her. She didn't ask if we wanted anything after our meals came(steak sauce compliments our steak!), someone else brought the food. Not one refill on drinks! Had to ask for her everything we needed something.
Went on a Sat night around 8 p.m., we were sat quickly, they were fairly busy. Our server was Amazing, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Very Efficient!! Our food was Delicious! Meals did seem a little pricey. Atmosphere was clean and open, lots of tables and a very nice bar! We will be going back!

their food was nothing but fantastic. it has been a really long time since i had food this good! i was debating on whether or not to try this place and gave it a go. their steak and ribs had this amazing charred smoked flavor that just fell apart. and their fries were outstandingly crispy yet soft on the inside. great service, and great packaging for delivery!! i would most definitely give this place a chance.
We were having a 75th birthday party and our caterer ended up in the hospital the morning of the day of the party. Most places you have to give at least 24 hour notice. I ended up googling caterer's and BJ's came up and they only needed 2 hours notice for orders under $500.00. I checked out their catering menu, ordered what I needed and prayed that everything would come out okay. My son picked up all the food, which was ready when they said it would be. I was very nervous because we had only eaten there a few times. I am so amazed at how wonderful all the food that we got was. Everything we ordered from the Shrimp Scampi to the Baked Ziti to the Salmon was so delicious. Everyone raved about it. Thank you to all the people that worked on my order. You saved my party 🥳
We went to the Mentor location. My husband said it was the first good meal he had out in a very long time. Our server, Elizabeth, was spot on. It was nice to enjoy a good meal with excellent service.
Amazing food. My dad and I had a great experience with service and food.
The dinner was delicious and our server Benjamin was phenomenal! We will definitely be returning!

I'd been putting off coming here for years due to an array of mixed reviews from friends and peers. Last night my bf and I decided to check it out (mostly because not much is open at 10 pm on a Wednesday). We were seated immediately and we had our orders taken within minutes. The mozzarella sticks were an excellent appetizer, the marinara sauce was amazing.
For dinner my bf had the chicken alfredo which he very much enjoyed. I ordered the BBQ brisket burger and while everything was perfect and delicious, I ordered my patty medium rare and it came out... congratulations. I mean it was COOKED. Very dry. But still delicious! I hate complaining in sit down restaraunts, especially when I don't really want to give the food back. I decided to go for it anyway so that someone could let the kitchen know of their mistake. To my surprise, we were given a firm apology and we were offered a pizzookie on the house! I had no idea what a pizzookie was but it sounded delicious and we went for it. (Delicious btw, try the smores!)
Our waitress (Elysia, she was amazing!!) came out with bill which I noticed wasn't correct. We were told of some discounts before ordering and the check did not reflect this. I pointed this out to her and when she came back, she had fixed everything and comped our mozzarella sticks!
5 star service! We truly enjoyed ourselves.
