Pretty good overall! Stopped here on my way traveling through the state. I tried one of their new Mac and Cheese bowls and the classic French dip. Food was hot and fresh. Parking was great. Restaurant was clean.

They made sure I was happy. Location by the mall upset me. Everyone here was sweet and caring. I told them about my experience at the other location and they made sure I had a good experience here. I appreciate feeling like I matter.
I drive to this location rather than visit the location in Mentor on the Lake because of the service! These folks are great and I don't mind the extra distance because I know I'll enjoy my visit!
Please bring back potatoe cakes!!!
We always enjoy Arby's food. They are quick, the people are friendly, They rarely make a mistake. Their prices are about on par with everyone else. So,. what's not to like?

Fast and friendly service. I picked up mine and other co-workers orders for lunch. It was a big order during the lunch rush. I received my order with a smile and very professional. The food was prepared and packaged neatly. They did it all so quickly I could enjoy it versus having to rush.
I had a good experience. Watched the food come from the fryers so I also know it was fresh. Only waited about 5 minutes. Was a very good "fast food friday" with my coworkers! Thank you.

Very clean and all employees we came in contact with today were very friendly with us and each other. The food was fresh and hot. Only thing that would have been nicer was if they had remembered to turn the music on in the dining room. Pretty impressive experience for a fast food establishment.
