I would give 10 stars if I could.
There are multiple reasons why I LOVE the Mentor Pulp store.
~The smoothies are AMAZING! The taste of them is worth every penny.
~The staff in my opinion is like a piece of gold. The ladies always have a smile on their face and make me feel welcome every time I walk through the door. Jenna, Savannah and Olivia have my order memorized so they make it extra special each time. They also show so much respect when they ask how my mom is doing as she battles pancreatic cancer.
~Thank you to the owner of the Mentor Pulp store and the team of young ladies that offer such a great experience that makes me come back almost ever day.

Love their honey mustard chicken wraps. Great smoothies too. They are willing to substitute pineapple sorbet for orange sherbet. That's important to me.
When my favorite employee took another job I was disappointed because he was so friendly and always remembered my regular order. I haven’t been in for awhile but yesterday Bridget had a friendly greeting when I walked through the door and then said my order before I had a chance to get it out of my mouth. It shows that she really knows her customers. Great smoothie as usual too!
The protein packer was delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I had a raspberry something substituted the bananas for strawberries. Customer service was great. Nice and clean too delicious drinks
Wife really loves the food and great less sugar options for drinks for me. But pricey for me to eat there but wifey says its healthy portions😜😜😆😆
One of the best smoothie places I've been too!!!! Great for any kind of person, if your coming for a treat, Good. If your here for a after-the-gym shake, protein packer shakes are the best! If your here to be on a strict diet, also good! No matter what your lines on eating food, this is the place to be. Also every smoothie tastes so good, they have never failed me. The workers are nice and respectful, the wait time is brief. Also this place does allow to customize smoothies completely or slightly edit ordered smoothies. I'd pick the smoothies here over ice-cream any day. (Some of the shakes have ice-cream).
Loved it! Absolutely delicious! I had never been so my son decided to take me in oh, he raved about the smoothies and how wonderful they were. Very pleasant experience.
We love pulp! The smoothies are always consistently great. Unfortunately if you hit a busy period you seem to have to wait awhile. I wish there were a way to online order and pick up when we got there to help circumvent trying to stay in the little lobby with everyone else waiting. Especially during weekend peak time!
I've always had great service at this Pulp! Nice place to go for a quick healthy lunch. The smoothies and wraps are always delicious and I love the variety of choices on the menu.
Would definitely go here more often if it wasn't so pricey. Sit-in area is also small. Would love to see more eco-friendly plastic/styrofoam-free packaging in the future.
Always just get the wraps which are really good and not to pricey but the smoothies are expensive but would recommend
There are always lots of staff members working here so the service is always quick and easy. Lots of options here and everything is very clear and organized. The smoothies are delicious! Not horribly pricy for the type of food you're getting but certain locations sometimes provide coupons which make things even better.
They have quite a fair bit of variety and on top of that the smoothies themselves are really good. It's not very good for a sit-down type place but I guess it's a good thing that drinks come in cups. Overall I recommend going here if you don't have a regular place to get smoothies.

BEST. SMOOTHIES. EVER. Just check out their menu. They have everything you could think of and its all amazing. Every chance I get I go here. I live out of state now and was able to visit for the Christmas weekend. I was in Mentor for a total of 3 days and saw so much family, however, still managed to find time to stop at pulp because I have yet to find a smoothie place that equals them. And don't worry if you aren't near Mentor, they have locations all around the Cleveland area!
Dear Pulp,
Please, I beg you, open a location in Bowling Green, OH. I went to college there and they have no idea what good smoothies are. They have Jamba Juice and they LIKE it!? Needless to say, it was a very depressing 4 years of my life without you.
P.s. Also, please consider opening a location in Denver, Colorado. Now, I know that is quite the distance, but hear me out. You are amazing. I love you. And I need you in my life on a daily basis and I haven't found a go-to smoothie place in Denver and if you could open a location here it'd make my life SO much easier. And immensely happier. Plus, Denver LOVES it's healthy life style, healthy food and smoothies. You'd have a cult following in no time. AND you already have a very loyal customer!
