Went to Mentor on the Lake Burger King at 11:50 at night yesterday. Had a long day at work and 5 hrs at the hospital with my Mom. Hadn't eaten since 11 am and wasn't expecting too much so late at night. I got a fish sandwich (hot and crispy, with pickle, nice touch!), hot! fries and a delicious mango smoothie. Young guy at the drive thru window was busting butt, courteous and professional. I would normally not go to Burger King, but the changes they have been making in the menu and obviously the training of their workers is quite impressive. Just put good for decor because I did not go inside.
Loved it, used my coupons I get in the mail. It's cool took because all you have to do to order is say " I have coupon number _____" and they know what it is and then that's it.
Kelli the young lady who took our order was very customer oriented. Food was good, and came out quick.
Nice people with hot food. Good specials too. I actually visit this BK commonly with a positive experience but can't speak for all BK's
Loved the new Imposible Whopper. Wish it came in a meal with fries and drink instead of ordering it all individually.

They use to be so good now they don't seem to care how the food they serve is
