The best burger I have ever eaten!!! Who would have thought that the worlds best burger was in Meridian, Texas! The bun is a homemade and comes in white, wheat or jalapeño cheddar. A fresh baked full size bun that is perfect because it is thinner, thick enough to hold the meat without overpowering the delicious meat flavor (grass fed?). You can have a single patty 6oz (my choice) or double/triple the meat, you can add cheese but the real fun comes with the toppings, I had the roasted poblano pepper, sautéed mushrooms and Carmelites onions. All of this for under $7.00! But what is a burger without fries? Fries they got, fresh potatoes that are perfectly sliced and cooked so that they are hot, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. This is a burger that supports a 2 hour drive.

Best burger...ever!! Amazing choice of toppings (I HIGHLY recommend the peppers and onions!) with the best buns I've ever tasted! The staff are amazing and friendly and the dining area just has the best vibe. I loved it so much I've considered moving to Texas just for this burger bar. Ps...order the cilantro mayo. It's the future of mayonnaise.

Best burger I've had in years, and the fries were excellent too. The picked jalapeno relish on the burger was delicious, spicey-sweet, but not overly hot. This will be my goto-lunch place whenever I'm in or near Meridian!
