I love their bagels and flagels! I’m originally from NY but now live near Boston. I make sure to bring them back whenever I go to LI. Their hand cut nova and creamy whitefish are also spectacular!
Best Bagels in Merrick. Friendly staff and quick service. The bagels are always tasty and never miss the mark. My family has been coming here for years. The parking lot can be a pain in the neck but there is ample space just not directly outside. Still worth the visit every time!
Great friendly staff. Was open on thanksgiving morning. Ordered bagels with special order not having sesame or nuts be near whole wheat bagels and they were done to a tee and on time for pickup. Thank you!

Bagels are good. Not sure why the everything bagels look like whole wheat bagels. No salt seasoning on everything bagels???? Good amount of cream cheese! Prices are great!
I ordered an everything bagel with lox, tomato, red onion, and cream cheese. It was so fresh, tasty, and delicious! When I'm in Merrick, I have to go there! The line was long but theservice was quick and efficient! I love Bagel Plaza!
We love stopping by Bagel Plaza every time we’re in town. This last visit the owner was so sweet with our daughter and a woman (possibly another owner?) gave her a box of cookies. So sweet. They are also very patient with us as we’re obvious out of towners who place unique orders.
Bagel plaza bagels and Ruggaleh still have the exact same awesome taste even 15years after I left Merrick! You guys amazing!

Great bagels. Great spreads and salads. They also have great gluten free bagels. Would recommend.
Perhaps the best creamy whitefish salad in the world! The sliced nova is also among the best anywhere. Sam KNOWS how to slice it unlike most other places.
Bagel Plaza is my favorite bagel shop in the area. The bagels are made so fresh and if you get there early they’ll tell you which ones are still warm. They will slice the lox really thin when you purchase it on a bagel or by the pound. Service is always good and they get to know their customers.
