The place was getting rocked. Line to the door, yet the staff held their composure. The dining room was rough, but overall, I was very pleased. Staffing in an affluent town like Merrick is a nightmare
I've been to several Chipotles but I'm very happy this one is close to my house on Long Island. The folks who work here are always helpful and I love the food, especially the salad bowls and the new chicken al pastor. Excellent place for lunch 😋
For myself , I never had a issue. The place is clean down to the restroom. Sometimes I have my kid with me. The quality of the food has always been fresh and the cooked just right. I prefer this location over other Chipotle locations I have visited.

I do so enjoy Chipotle. I think the next time I go I will ask for all my toppings be put in separate containers. By the time I got home my toppings were all smushed together. Visually not appealing but food was still good.
This is an update from my previous post. This Chipotle really turned things around. The food was great and service was even better. The only complaint I have was that there were no clean tables to eat at.
Food was too salty. Person taking my order was not very inviting to talk with. Seemed like he was in a bad mood.
The food is okay it's healthier. There is some debate whether this is a fast food chain or not. I would say because of the prices and the healthy choice of meat and vegetables, this is a healthier place than a fast food establishment.
