Review Hardee's - Merrill

Food is overpriced and it's definitely mediocre. I'd rather go out to eat almost anywhere else in town except for Arby's because these two are both gross food options. I've had much better Hardee's in the past, but it was certainly not in the Merrill location

Once in a great while I'll receive a good burger but for the majority of my visits, it's horrible. They also haven't had milk for their shakes in a very long time.

Was not very enthusiastic about my visit had to wait in the lobby for 10 min with one other customer while one car was in the drive threw while an employee just sat in the lobby and watched us wait... I understand it could have been your break but dont just sit there in the lobby while customers are complaining about service then the ketchup is also empty and dident get filled till my food was cold and I dident want the ketchup up any more. The floor was dirty and 40%+ of the tables where dirty.

I don't know what happened. For a while, this was my go-to place. It was never disappointing. Now, the last 3 times I've gone here, it's been horrible. Cold burgers, tons of salt on onion rings, hard nuggets. I gave 2 stars cuz the shake was good. 😊

Stopped to get food on our way home from Northern WI. Sign on the door said closing at 6 pm, sorry for the inconvenience.....no big deal as it was 4:30.....but all the doors were locked and the kid sweeping in the lobby never came to the door!! He was talking to a guy (another employee?) who was eating as he was sweeping. With the size of pur family, that was a $75 order they missed out on

I wish they would use iceberg lettuce instead of the kind they are using! It becomes too wilted and tough after coming into contact with the hot part of the burger!

Over a month ago I visited merrill hardee's when I get home and opened my bag. I had ordered 2 pies. None on bag. The french fries were kinda hard and stale.. I called to complain. The girl who answered said shed let the manager and that I'd receive a refund in a few days. This was i believe on a saturday night. The manager would be in on monday. So far nothing.

Good food for the price usually. Sometimes it seems when they are running low and don't want to start a new batch between sifts they skimp a little. But I think most fast food restaurants do that. They will also give a little more if they have extra. Which I find most fast food restaurants do. People are very nice.

Next time someone orders a meal give them the curly fry’s that go with the meal got all the way home and didn’t even get them
