Any time they have short ribs on the menu, get it! These were the short rib ravioli and they were simply divine. Perfect butter sauce and mushrooms, I was very satisfied. I came here with a large party and the chef personally came to my table to accommodate me since I needed a vegan option for me and my brother. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. A++ would highly recommend to anyone.

Great birthday dinner! I chose Alfredo's Paradiso for my birthday dinner and am so glad that I did! Great food comes from knowledge and prime ingredients and the Chef here has both at his disposal. Very friendly and great atmosphere. Merritt Island is very lucky to have Alfredo's Paradiso!
