I was pleasantly surprised with the service and especially the quality of food that we got on Father's Day. It had been a while since I had been to Black Angus and I was reluctant to return. I have a new faith and new craving for this restaurant again! I highly recommend and will definitely return!

In townfrkm Iowa on vacaction/for a wedding, wife and I did a date night and we are nothing but pleased...both had the 12oz New York steak and was the best steak we have tasted in sometime. As well as the strawberry lemoande drop(martini style drink) that was amazing! Servers and hosts were super friendly, as well as the manager stopping by to see how we liked it, will definitely be back next time we are in town!
We went to Black Angus for my husband's birthday. We are repeat customers but usually only for special occasions. Our waiter was excellent. He had everything timed just right. The food was delicious. Both steaks were tender. After our meal, he brought out a hot chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream on top. There was plenty for us to share. Great experience.
My medium cooked rib eye was fabulous! Very flavorful and tender. Potato and green beans were great too. Especially loved the bread. I live in Colorado (no Black Angus here) but I stop at this restaurant every time I’m in town. I’ve never been disappointed.
Had a birthday celebration last night, our server was fantastic and so was the food!
We just celebrated our 54th anniversary at Black Angus. We did our 35th anniversary there, too. Wonderful experience. I made the reservation online & took their anniversary package. When we arrived, there was a balloon bouquet 💐 tied to a small cow bell and an anniversary card sitting on the table. Server got our order right to the "T." Salad came out ice cold & the perfectly cooked filet & ribeye out sizzling. We really enjoyed the evening. Thank you Black Angus!
Thanksgiving staffing was very good, Gwen was super nice. I'm really glad they let me sit down 2 minutes before closing because otherwise I had no other place to eat while my car was charging. Food was great, Black Angus is always a knockout!
Went here to celebrate my Birthday🎂 with my family and sis and her family. 8 of us and we had a lovely time as usual when we eat here. Brad our server was a joy to have. Very attentive and never needed anything. Told us about all the specials and we loved the Blue Crab Salad it was delicious... yummmm!!! highly recommend 🤗😋🍞🥩🥗🍻🍹
We went to Black Angus to celebrate my uncles and my bday. I'm newer to AZ and never had been. There was a mix up on our orders. Matt was so sweet and apologetic for what happened. Understand these things can happen but Matt, Kyle and staff all went above and beyond. They made our bdays and experience feel very special. They were all super friendly, funny and engaging. I'll definitely make this one of my new spots as I make AZ my home. Thank you all for being so wonderful.

Great food, great service. At other steak places, the steak order is usually wrong. Not this place. Perfect the first time.

Excellent lunch today for Father's Day! We weren't aware of reservations only, but the hostess still got us in! Food was great with excellent customer service!
A bit pricey but very good. In all honesty I’d say the steaks at Outback are still better. Both chains have similar reward programs, so it’s nice to have two really good places to choose from for special occasions.

My wife and I love a great steak dinner. For her birthday I wanted to treat her to a steak dinner, but avoid all the noise, dancing, and nonsense that usually accompanies other places. I had requested a booth and left it at that.
We got there about 5:30, and the place was quiet, and not filled completely. We were seated and attended to by a great waiter that wasn't hovering over the table. The Old Fashioned I ordered was spot on, and the cherry lime moonshine my wife ordered was amazing! (careful, the moonshine is 100 proof!)
We ordered our food, the Cowboy Cut prime rib for me, and my wife grabbing the New York strip. I also ordered the red skinned potatoes, and green beans, my usual go to for a steak dinner. My wife ordered the salad, and a baked potato.
Our food came out hot, and cooked to perfection. Obviously, we exchanged a few bites of our meal and were both excited about our orders. The few bites of New York I was able to get was so good. The prime rib was for me, perfect.
When we finished, the place was packed! The amazing part, because of the booth, we were able to have a conversation without a bullhorn or hand signals. We could even hear the waiter when he checked in and we ordered more drinks without sounding like we were upset about everything.
After this experience, yes, the other place's are a cheaper, but the ambiance, and the food are more than worth the price, and you don't have to line dance to use the restroom.
I ordered take out. I was a little nervous because it was 30 minutes before closing. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich and fried zucchini. Everything was delicious and made perfect. The service was great. My first time ordering from Black Angus and I will definitely be ordering and maybe dining in next time. The food was high quality and cooked to perfection.
