First time here, and didn't know what to expect. First you get a choice between 4 kinds of crust, then pick a build your own toppings or one of many suggestions listed. Everything looked very fresh, including the dough that is rolled out just for your pizza. You can stand there and watch them place the toppings on, and put in their open oven. They also have side salad, bottled sodas and beer, or soda from a self-service fountain. Large cookies and brownies for dessert.
The mushroom truffle and margherita pizzas were delicious. The ingredients looked fresh and the service was good.
I wanted to leave a good review to offset the completely untrue review that was just left by someone else. I was coming on here to talk about the great customer service and how they were so professional here and then I saw the bad review and was appalled. The manager was never having inappropriate conversations and the employees were so helpful! The manager was not even working and she still talked to me and asked how I was doing. I hope that she takes down her lying review.
First thing I noticed coming in was a board full of motivational quotes! Very inspiring! Topic at hand, food!Very stingy on toppings and sauce for 11$ , they had spinach, feta, and a few other "premium topping" to choose from. I ordered to go, yes I ate it all, mostly. Reminds me of Blaze pizza back home, with the firewood stove or whatever they call it. If u want a nice light dinner and on the go, it's a great stop!
Fast, not very expensive, staff are smiling and friendly. Menu is easy to understand for ordering. Lots of crust styles, many sauces. Many different toppings and cheeses. Plant base meats and cauliflower crust. One thing I wasn't pleased with was after eating 2 pieces of the pie the 3rd piece and the rest was cold and I wasn't dotaling around.
Polite staff. Very clean. Well cleaned around food surfaces. Nice open atmoshere. Terrific choices for toppings! The best! Cooked with fire - also the best
Made quickly. Nicely toasted crust. Not chewy. Holds under the weight, even with a thin crust. Not too saucy. Although you can ask for more. As many or as few toppings. All pies are around 10in. One single price - irregardless of how much of what you add.
One was perfect for the two of us.
We took friends who like thin crust pizza to Pieology. It was a success. Everyone created their own personal pizzas and most of us took advantage of the drinks. The Mango Mango Lemonade was amazing and all of us would have it again. Everyone was also quite happy with their pizzas and would come again.
Oh my heck! This place is tasty and took amazing care of me and my gluten allergy. The employee wiped down everything, brought ingredients from the back, and made sure the oven was wiped down before popping my pizza in. I’m also vegan, and they have a vegan cheese option. They do have a plant protein “meat” product, but I didn’t try that.
I’m most impressed with the sweet girl that prepared my order. Sometimes, with my gluten allergy, I feel like a burden when I order, but not today. This employee was pleasant and kind the whole time. 🤗 I’ve found my new favorite pizza place!!!
Tried the new cauliflower crust, great crunch. Great for people on a low carb diet.
Pieology is great for anyone, with lots of options its perfect for the whole family. The drinks options are also great. I personally like to mix the drinks.
Pieology is a great place for personalized pizza that you want to make your own. I love the gluten free options for crust. Most people that I have dealt with are knowledgeable about handling the gluten free as well. They are a bit pricey, but for getting what you want, it’s worth it.
I loved the atmosphere and the fact that is was really super clean inside. I had a view different things but the BBQ chicken pizza and churro dessert pizza were the best. They had an awesome drink selection too, as well as great service!
The sourdough crust, ranch and fresh toppings make this probably my favorite pizza joint for individual size custom pizza (excluding football pizza like Venezia's or Barros. That's a different vibe altogether. I get chicken and a grip of veges so I actually don't feel gross afterwards if not just a bit too full from the portion.
I was in the mood for some Pizza and just happened to pass by here. I’ve never tried Pieology before but I’ve always wanted to.
I’m glad I stopped in. The staff is amazingly friendly, Polite and Helpful.
I was disappointed in my pizza though (PieRise Thick) because the Pie Bottom was almost and the cheese was barely melted and the dough and ingredients were still cool, not hot.
They get 5-Stars for the way that Sophia handled the situation. She did everything within her means to rectify the situation and even offered me a free pizza on my next Visit. She acknowledged that Oven was too hot - NO Problem - Thank You for the Great Guest Service. These 5-Stars shows that even if something goes wrong, Guest Service can overcome a bad experience. It’s All about how you handle the Situation.

So happy to have seen their chicken crust promotion! It’s a great alternative for those following a low-carb or keto diet as it’s only 3 g carbs per slice. Tasted great and it ready on time for my curbside pick-up during lunch hour. This definitely won’t be the last time that I pay them a visit!
First off, my family and I have been wanting to come to this location for a while since we tried one in Texas. Great food, customer service, and totally worth the drive.

Really good pizza. Served an individual pizzas. We really enjoyed ourselves there and the flavors and crust were delicious on our pizzas
