Jacob at the register was extremely busy, but he had a great attitude and served me with a 100% accurate order. He read my order back to me and delivered it ASAP. This young man is an extension of great customer service at this store. His efforts definitely keep customers coming back!

This is kind of our go-to place for good, inexpensive hamburgers, chili dogs, & ice cream in any form. The workers are always cheerful & happy. It's not a big & fancy eating establishment but is usually quite busy and prices are very reasonable. The place is always clean and so are the restrooms!

The service rating is not for those who served me, it's for the management that allows the drive through line to be so slow. If someone's food is going to take a bit of time, then send them around to wait for you to bring it to them and let those who have simple orders to get through in a reasonable amount of time. The food was down one because the dip was really thin and had little flavor.

Good ice cream but not what they used to be. I swear the peanut buster parfait used to have more chocolate and peanuts. Pricey too, $18.49 for 2 PBP and a large blizzard. 😳

Had a blizzard and cheese curds. Both were good. I asked for a glass of water and the girl said they didn't have any water cups. The warehouse was out. No offer to give me a regular cup for water.

Their blizzards are always excellent and their food is good too. It's just always different employees.I go here once a week to get something for my dad.

Drive through was fast, our sandwiches where fresh and properly put together. Fries where hot and fresh. Best fast food meal we've had in Mesa.

This place is my childhood! Every other Friday (payday) we would go after dinner and get us a perfect cup of vanilla ice cream with whatever, however you wish. The Dairy Queen near my home closed so we had to travel a little bit to this Dairy Queen but it was well worth it. I will love this place forever!! Its my favorite place when I need ice cream!!

Busy lunchtime rush, staff apologized for the wait; worth it as one can’t beat the tastiness of a blizzard or malted shake!

The wait was a little longer than usual because my wife ordered the grilled chicken bits. I ordered the triple cheeseburger. Both were hot, fresh and definitely worth the wait. Food was very good. The young man at the counter was friendly, polite and attentive. He stayed busy cleaning when not taking someone's order. We didn't eat in but the lights seemed a little dim for a location that was catering to mostly an over 60 crowd.

My husband is a DQ connoisseur and we recently had to change from the DQ on Crismon in Mesa to this one off Power Road because the ice cream is higher quality. More creamy and they get the mix-ins in the Blizzard all the way to the bottom!

The burgers are some of the best!! I wouldn't have thought they would be that good? But they are great!! Also love the s'mores shake!! They always make it extra thick for me at no additional charge!!!

This is our local DQ. I have to say that every time we are in there, the employees actually act as though they like their jobs. Must be good management. Keep it up.
