Whoa. This is a hidden gem. Looking for an amazing muffaletta? TRY THIS ONE. It's in my top three. Seriously. I've eaten most in New Orleans. The rest of the menu is delicious as well. The staff is friendly. They're pretty quick. There's a handful of tables too.
I am a die-hard Central Grocery fan for muffulettas….but, since Central is temporarily closed, I decided to try World Deli….DEFINITELY a runner up to Central Grocery! I’m very impressed and will be ordering muffalettas from this place in the future :)
